Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

We had a wonderful few days at Sabina's place. The apartment was super equipped and had an excellent location. The communication with Sabina worked out very well and was totally friendly. She answered questions at all times and gave us recommendations for the area, open and helpful! We highly recommend the place and would gladly come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at David's home. It was centrally located to our planned activities and pretty private. A few things came up but the hosts were very responsive. All in all, we had a wonderful stay!

What an amazing place in a prime location near the beach! We stayed overnight since we had an early morning flight the next day and were very pleased with the property. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail—from the check-in process to the local snacks and cleanliness—was praiseworthy. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

The accommodation is as described and is a 15-minute walk from the gardens of Villa Borghese. Celeste is available and welcoming. She helped us resolve a very annoying situation. We recommend it +++

It is two minutes from several bus stations which is the cheapest and easiest to use of the transport of Rome, there is a supermarket 5 minutes away I would highly recommend it

The apartment is very nice, quiet and you can enjoy some nature and the outdoors . Daniela and her mom have been very kind and decisive. And the neighborhood is lovely with a bit of life and very local people. Undoubtedly we recommend it above all for long stays as it rests very well .

Had one of our six not gotten sick for a day and a half, we would have said this was our ALL TIME BEST vacation choice. Clearly no fault of our hosts that we missed out on a day. We are just grateful that the house was a great place to rest and sit out a day.

In addition to the hot tub, there was even a punching bag for training and a PlayStation 3. When we arrived, Antonio even left us something to eat and also some drinks, such as water, beer and even sparkling wine. Coffee was also provided. So, it was really a great experience and lovely place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Salima's place, who is a very thoughtful and friendly host. We recommend breakfasts on the terrace in the sun, with birdsong. This is a huge asset, because the place is a little too small for 4 people to eat. The location in Rome is great, great for sightseeing! We recommend!

The place was very clean, spacious and beautiful design. Perfect location, right by the train station. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. The property is big and gated which made us feel even safer day and night. The sink in the bathroom was spacious and was able to spread our skin care items on it. Make sure you watch through all the videos of getting to the room so you don’t get lost like we did.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment for our 5 days in Rome. Walkable to many sights, and close to a taxi stand for those that were a bit further than we wanted to walk. The neighborhood is very active, with lots of dining options. The apartment was a great size for our family of 3 (2 adults and a young child) with plenty of storage. Having a second bathroom/shower was a real perk. Although the street is busy during the day, it’s far enough from Navona that it was quiet at night. I would definitely recommend!

Very great area that is perfectly connected. I have been to Rome several times and would always stay at Jochen's place. The neighborhood is really great, you can get to the bus super fast to go downtown, has shops, bars and great cafes right on the piazza around the corner - Testaccio is a real dream! In the apartment, everything was also in order and clean :)

Thanks to Andreas, everything worked out fine and uncomplicated. Together with the great apartment in excellent location and the bombastic weather we had a wonderful time in Rome. We will be happy to come back anytime!

We had a wonderful stay at Michael’s apartment. It was very spacious. The rooftop patio is so nice with beautiful sunset views including the Colosseum. The location is perfect being close to the Colosseum and not too far of a walk to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. We took an Uber to the Vatican as it was a bit far for us to walk. There are many nice restaurants near the apartment. We arrived the day the Pope passed away so the city was very busy. We had a lovely visit in Rome and staying in Michael’s apartment was great!

We had a lovely stay at Marianna's. She was an amazing host, communicated excellently and provided lots of recommendations.

The apartment was, as the description says, charming. Full of period touches as set out in the listing. The hosts went out of their way to be helpful and thoughtful - they decorated the apartment and provided cake and spumante so we could celebrate our granddaughter's birthday, and Giovanni came quickly to our rescue this morning when I managed to get a key stuck in the wrong lock! And as for the "secret room"! The kids had a whale of a time looking for it, and then sleeping in it once it had been discovered. An excellent stay - I would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Marina was a really great host. The appartment is well placed and you can walk or take the train to visit Roma. Also a really calm neighborhood!
