Vacation rentals in Fiume Lao

Das Haus liegt sehr schön, etwas oberhalb des Meeres. Man kann auf der überdachten Terrasse den Blick aufs Meer genießen. Es ist ruhig, man hört das Meeresrauschen und das freundliche Rascheln von Vögeln und hübschen Salamandern. Die Natur rundherum ist schön, im gepflegten Garten kann man sich gut aufhalten, es gibt Kräuter und einen Zitronenbaum. Ganz nahe kann man auf einem kleinen Weg oberhalb des Meeres an der steilen Küste durch die wohlduftende Natur spazieren. Im Garten konnten wir eine Tischtennisplatte benutzen, sehr zur Freude unseres Sohnes. Ein Highlight unseres Aufenthaltes war der freundliche Empfang von Raffaele, auf italienisch, mit Händen und Füßen, mit echter Herzlichkeit. Bei Problemen war er sofort hilfreich zur Stelle und dennoch auf freundliche Diskretion bedacht. Für vier Personen war großzügig Platz und alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Wir durften alles nutzen was vorrätig war, das war wirklich sehr nett! Der Aufenthalt war richtig toll!!!

Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Scalea, ist aber trotzdem total ruhig. Man ist schnell am Strand und es gibt in der Nähe einige gute Lokale. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt! In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Lorenzo ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, er hat uns herzlich empfangen und sogar eine Decke für unseren Hund gebracht, damit sie auf dem Sofa schlafen konnte, was will man mehr ;)) Wir hoffen, dass wir bald wieder kommen können!

La casa di Emilia è a soli 4 km dal mare di Marina di Camerota, immersa in un oliveto secolare della fascia collinare cilentana, lungo la strada che porta al borgo di Lentiscosa. L'appartamento, con patio e giardino, al pianterreno di una villa di famiglia, è ampio e piacevolmente arredato ed è corredato di tutti i confort. Lo spazio esterno di pertinenza dell'appartamento è un oasi di pace e tranquillità che anche Il nostro cagnetto Paco ha apprezzato molto, per la possibilità di essere libero. L'ospitalità della Sig.ra Emilia, premurosa ma discreta, ci ha consentito di trascorrere 15 giorni di mare incantevole e di piacevole relax.

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in Villa Anna. Het huis is mooi ingericht (wat een prachtig uitzicht vanuit de slaapkamer en badkamer) met oog voor detail. Ook de keuken is heel goed uitgerust. Tot slot is er een groot terras, ideaal voor een BBQ of aperitief in de zon. Het huis is ook erg geschikt voor (jonge) kinderen. Ik zou het iedereen aanraden.

Soggiorno semplicemente perfetto! L’host è stato disponibile, preciso e simpatico fin dal primo contatto. La casa è ancora più bella dal vivo che in foto: mentre cucini puoi goderti una vista mare mozzafiato, come se stessi dentro a un quadro. C’è anche un piccolo angolo con balconcino, ombrellone e sdraio che ti fa venire voglia di restare lì per sempre. Un grande plus: i cani sono i benvenuti! Abbiamo trascorso una Pasquetta meravigliosa in compagnia, sfruttando al massimo il cortile sul retro, super attrezzato con ogni comfort possibile. E che dire delle chicche? Le piantine di salvia, peperoncino, prezzemolo e basilico sopra il barbecue, l’albero di limoni… un tocco speciale che fa davvero la differenza. La casa è completa di tutto, curata nei minimi dettagli. Tornerò sicuramente!

Ho soggiornato la prima settimana di settembre e mi sono trovato molto bene. la terrazza ha una splendida vista mare dove ammirare dei bellissimi tramonti. Davide é stato molto gentile, ci ha accolti di persona e ci ha dato dei consigli su alcune attivitá da effettuare nei dintorni e per i luoghi principali da visitare. Consiglio di soggiornare in questo piccolo appartamento se si vuole fare una vacanza di puro relax.

A perfect home away from home. Marzio is an excellent host. His place ticks every boxes. Peaceful, rustic with charm, super clean, well decorated, over the top equipped, extremely comfortable. The cherry on top of the cake is the fabulous housekeeper Maria, always present, yet very discreet, a real addition that makes you enjoy your holiday to the fullest. We have been travelling quite a bit and never been in a better B&B, especially for the quality of the service we received. It’s so true, that when you travel in southern Italy, every family welcomes you like you are part of theirs. You won’t regret staying here. Thank you Marzio, Antonietta and Maria, we’ll come back for sure.

Siamo stati in questa casa una settimana,accoglienza impeccabile,stanza pulita e ci hanno fatto trovare già diverse cose come prodotti locali acqua succhi ecc.. Nella casa non manca nulla e quello che c’è funziona alla perfezione. Le cose che più sono state apprezzate sono il parcheggio nello spazio del condominio e l estrema vicinanza a tutto quello che serve (mare,uscite serali,negozi oltre che facendo un tratto molto breve in auto ci si ritrova subito sulla SS Tirrena). Antonio host impeccabile che è stato reattivo in tempi record nel risolvere un problema (causato da me). Null’altro da dire,consiglio vivamente.

Excellent location once you find it. We had a little trouble but no worries, the views are stunning. The home is adequately equipped, clean and modern. The train runs close by and takes a while to get used to. The beach is great and there are plenty of chairs, umbrellas and toys. The location is central to nice towns, shopping and restaurants. If you can get to restaurant Vecchio Frantoio in Diamante it’s well worth it. Valerio and Laura are excellent hosts. You won’t be disappointed.
