Vacation rentals with a patio in Fitzroy Falls

As four friends (2 couples) looking for somewhere to stay together in Kiama, Christine's place turned out to be perfect. The unit really was cosy and comfortable and in a great location for walking to restaurants, coffee shops and the coastline. Check-in was very easy with clear instructions and being able to park in the garage was appreciated. Christine was an extremely friendly and helpful host who made us feel very welcome, both before arrival and after. We had everything we could possibly need for our weekend getaway. I would highly recommend Christine and Denis's place to any future guests and would happily book again next time we are in Kiama. Really good value for money as well!

One of the most beautiful airbnbs apartments I’ve stayed at. Immaculate inside and spacious…interior design was gorgeous, lounge so comfy. My daughter said she would love this place if she lived there full time 😂 Foyer was gorgeous, lit up when you walked in. Balcony off main bedroom was huge and main bedroom also huge! Wifi and Netflix worked great Right in the centre of town…wasn’t even noisy… Only problem could be the stairs if you have heaps of stuff and don’t like stairs but so worth the stairs once you in the appt. The parking also is abit low so my hatch car couldn’t go down the dip but I parked more up the top part. Would be fine for SUVs. Couldn’t be any better accomodation in Goulburn!! I dare you to find one… I don’t normally leave reviews but had to this time, thanks so much Lauren.. you have a wonderful place and were a great host. I will come back again and again!

Emma’s place is always great. I’ve stayed a few times and always go back if it’s available when I’m in town. It’s clean, comfortable, close to cafes, groceries, restaurants etc. Emma is always so nice and responsive. She even makes extra effort to go beyond other hosts like asking what we might want in the fridge and left us some water bottles. I’d recommend and will stay here again.

We were there my sons football tournament which was literally just over 5 minutes down the road super convenient an close to the shops aswell. We had a wonderful stay that far exceeded our expectations. The house was incredibly spacious, with more than enough room for our family, and the bonus of having two kitchens made everything so much easier when catering for a big group. The outdoor play area was a huge hit with the kids – plenty of space for them to run around and stay entertained. The fire pit was another highlight, perfect for relaxing in the cool evening and enjoying quality time together. One night simply wasn’t enough—we’ll definitely be back for a longer stay next time. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a family-friendly, comfortable, and well-equipped getaway!

My friends and I had a beautiful stay at Ben’s place. It was perfect for our golf loving husbands and not far from beaches and the marina. The house has so many thoughtful touches throughout and feels like a home. Ben was great at communicating and we would 100% recommend.

The place was cosy and clean and just what we needed. Well located and easy instructions to follow. Louise’s guidebook was great for instructions and recommendations.

We absolutely loved our stay at Skye’s workman’s cottage and are already planning a return visit. The property is well located only a short drive to historic villages, enjoyable bushwalks, and breathtaking views, yet is secluded and private offering a delightful vista across rolling hills decorated with cows, horses, roos, and cute bunnies depending on the time of day. Indoors we enjoyed the most comfortable bed ever, a well appointed kitchen, and a huge bathroom with a tub big enough for two.

This was the best Airbnb we have stayed in. The cottage is delightful and exceeded our expectations. Kate had thought of everything and nothing was too much trouble. Perfect for a winter stay with the fire already blazing when we arrived. Luxurious toiletries and local delicacies like jam, bread and granola. We enjoyed a local ride on the e-bikes and live music at the brewery. If you are lucky enough to be able to book, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Kate for a lovely stay.

Simply amazing place. Beautifully furnished and decorated, it felt like home straight away. The most comfortable beds ever with quailty bed linen and towels. I had a fantastic stay at Lizeth’s place! She was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Communication was smooth and easy throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. One thoughtful highlight was that she let me use her weights, such a kind gesture that allowed me to keep up with my workouts. Lizeth is a wonderful host, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Mio’s place was perfect for our 3 day weekend in Wollongong. Very clean and well equipped and stocked with everything we needed (including chocolates and drinks), good wifi and central location. Easy check in and out, good value for money. We would definitely stay again.

Xiao and Tim were wonderful hosts, warm, friendly, and welcoming. Their home was spotless, and the room was immaculate, comfortable, and perfectly air-conditioned—just what we needed during the hot weather. The patio was a lovely spot to relax, and for fellow dog lovers, cuddles with their adorable pups, Lotus and Phoenix, were an added treat (at your discretion). The complex also offered fantastic amenities, including a beautiful outdoor heated pool and a well-equipped gym. The location is also excellent! Right on the harbour and a short walking distance to a variety of restaurants and stunning beaches. A fantastic stay—I highly recommend it!

The Coastal Rainforest Retreat was the perfect stay, and just what we were looking for. A quick drive to restaurants and beaches. Would highly recommend!!
