The apartment was very good and equipped with everything necessary for daily living. I stayed there for two weeks and had a great experience. It's conveniently located—just a 5-minute walk to the nearest public transport stop, 7 minutes to the nearest shop, and about 20 minutes to the main campus. The neighborhood felt safe, and the view from the window overlooked a green area, which was a nice touch. The apartment was clean and free of any unpleasant odors. Sometimes the neighbors could be a bit noisy, but that's to be expected in an apartment building. The host was very helpful and responsive. Overall, I would recommend it.

The entrance features a dark blue door with vertical glass panels, allowing glimpses of the surroundings. A modern handle with a streamlined design is presented, alongside a small mailbox mounted on the wall. The entryway is complemented by a mat resting on the stone pathway leading inside.

We are thrilled with our choice in Mainz. We stayed 4 nights to explore far and wide. We had tickets to a concert in town our first night; Vera & Pascal walked us to the tram and showed us exactly where to exit. And shared the BEST ice cream shop. The lodgings were spacious with our own private courtyard. The space was so quiet except for chirping birds. We enjoyed every minute at Vera’s home in Mainz.

Our family of four had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful home and would gladly return in the future! Pros: - Very modern, brand-new house - High-quality kitchen equipment (e.g., coffee machine, sharp knives, dishwasher, etc.) - Comfortable living room and bedroom furniture, including cozy beds with soft, high-quality linens - Modern bathroom with strong water pressure, plus complimentary shampoo, shower gel, and a hair dryer - Electric car charging system was a great added bonus Suggestions for improvement: - There was some noticeable dust around the house, particularly on shelves, in drawers, and in the corners. Including a vacuum cleaner (in addition to the robot cleaner, which wasn’t very effective on the second floor) would be helpful, especially for guests staying longer. That said, this is a relatively minor issue compared to many other Airbnbs we've stayed in. Overall: Highly recommend this property—an excellent stay!

I highly recommend Sandra's place. It is a brand new and tastefully furnished, spacious apartment. I felt very, very comfortable and would book the accommodation again anytime. Sandra is super friendly, accommodating and responds quickly to messages. I also liked the proximity to the vineyards. I will definitely be happy to return.
