In the living room there is 1 sofa bed sleeping 2 persons. The kitchen is equipped with fridge that has freezer compartment, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Dining area for 4 people. In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Large terrace with lounge group and barbecue.

Please note that the accommodation lacks high voltage electricity and a shower, but is located by a spring lake with clean and fresh water that is well-suited for washing and hygiene. The cottage is only powered by 12-volt electricity for simpler lighting, which means limited electrical capacity. However, it is possible to charge mobile phones via sockets. Newly built guest house (2020) of approx. 30 sqm in central Öregrund, with sea views. Only 70 meters to the swimming area. Loft with double bed and sofa bed with two beds. Full kitchen, shower and toilet. Self-catering. Öregrund is a charming place on the east coast with wooden houses and narrow alleys. In summer, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes. To the south is the Stockholm archipelago and to the north the open sea. 1.5 hours from Arlanda. Bus to Uppsala every 30 minutes. 5 minutes walk to bus station and ferry to Gräsö.

Old charming farmhouse in quiet area where the plot adjoins the communal beach at Vängsjön in Gottrøre. In addition to swimming and fishing opportunities, you will find golf and padel only about 7 km. Outside the cabin, you will find table and chairs and a charcoal grill. Wood stove available for extra heating and cozy factor. Large garden full with toys for the small children e.g. swings and trampoline. Norrtälje, Uppsala, Arlanda and Stockholm are all within about a 40 minute drive . Easier Livs approx. 5 km away.

So much to see here in eastern Uppland; Öregrund's beautiful marina and all the lovely summer restaurants; including Melker Andersson's Bojabäs, there are also pharmacies, Systembolag, ICA and COOP, all within 20 minutes by car. Also worth seeing is Lövstabruks Manor with a nice Inn for summer lunches, Badsjö with a swimming jetty is 4 minutes away at Forsmark's 1600s Manor. Car is needed on this stay, to experience the surroundings and the countryside. And the weather…always sunny here in Norrby! Welcome!

Villa Vamsta

Villa Vamsta is a peaceful home in the middle of idyllic northern Roslagen. Enjoy a sunny breakfast on the deck surrounded by bird singing and beautiful forest. Large grassy areas for playing and running. Why not start the wood-fired sauna after dinner on the porch? There is a lot to see and discover in the area such as Forsmarks Bruk, or Lövsta Bruk. Öregrund is our favorite with lovely cliff baths. There's also Berkingebadet around the corner, popular with families with children. Welcome!

English will follow: Accommodation in the older district of Östhammar. The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood with its own entrance with parking outside the courtyard on the street. The property is located on our property with access to its own balcony in a sunny location. The cottage has full ceiling height with sleeping loft , sauna and wood-burning fireplace . And air heat pump Bus station is 300 meters from the property, distance to the city center and harbor about 500 meters.

You can borrow a bike for free. This is the place for those who are looking for a relaxing environment in the country.
