Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Filandia

Salento is a magical and safe town friendly with the tourist , full of activities for all tastes. Jhenny Alejandra is a very proactive, responsible, friendly host always lends to provide solutions and recommendations from the area. The place is as described, I exceed my expectations, it is really very nice, you can see the affection and details that the hosts have put to make the place very welcoming. Thank you very much for making my stay something very pleasant. I would definitely come back.

Excellent place, very quiet with close proximity to the village; everything is very clean, the beds are very comfortable as well as the sofa bed and the alcove, it has everything you need in kitchen utensils in case you are going to stay several days. I would definitely return to the site

I like staying at Margarita, it's close to everything and is quiet. Rubiella that keeps the house is a perl 😉

Nice place, great location

What is offered in the ad is the same as what I found, which I really liked. The house is very cozy and above all clean. The only drawback is sometimes the issue of water in the bathrooms, but it is solved by opening the tank and the pump they have for it

I liked staying with my family in this place, it is very conveniently located and close to restaurants, supermarket, parking lots and the main square.

It was really nice staying in the apartment. The host was always available for questions and always responded And advice on getting around the area. The less good was the walking range specified during the reservation , they said 2 minutes walk that in fact it was 8 minutes walk but this did not interfere with the course of the stay. In addition, there was not always hot water in the shower. Other than that there was a very sheltered and safe feeling in the apartment Would recommend staying

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean and comfortable and Fabiana was so responsive and helpful! It was also great to be able to do our laundry while we were there. The only thing to be aware of for guests coming to stay soon is there is construction happening nearby that starts before 7am, so if you are looking to sleep in, you might want to bring some earplugs.

Our stay in Filandia was excellent. Deysi's stay was up to our expectations: comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you for the hospitality!

We were greeted before check-in time, which was a great plus. The person who helped us was very friendly and helpful. Everything was spotless - the place was very clean, well located and in a super quiet neighborhood. An excellent stay, we would definitely come back!

Mariana is super friendly and cordial, she helped us with everything we needed. The apartment is just as shown in the photos: clean, tidy, cozy and the area is great, with everything close by. 100% recommended 💖

We were thrilled with Maria’s apartment. It was very clean and full amenities including fans and even a white noise machine. It also had extras we didn’t need to buy such as additional garbage bags, paper towels, salt, ice pack etc… It’s very close to a good grocery store we went almost everyday, and there was even a corner store just out the door if we needed something at the last minute. We walked 30 minutes to a mall and although the road was not flat it was exactly what we were after, a good walk in a safe neighbourhood with shops, restaurants, pharmacy’s and even a dollar store with similar products to home. Not only did security at the door greet us every time we passed but everyone we met in the elevators or on the stairwells were extremely friendly too. Not only would we recommend staying here but we are sure to stay again when we visit Armenia!!!

Very nice apartment, it matches those offered, Luisa was always very attentive to messages,. The set is very quiet and the people who work there are very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it.

My stay here was incredible. The host was immensely helpful and was always responsive. They answered any questions and even gave many recommendations. They were also able to help with personal requests and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.
