Vacation rentals with a patio in Fiano Romano

Matteo was a very attentive host, and the apartment was spotless and complied with the information provided. It was a very pleasant stay.

We were received very nicely by Mira, who explained and showed us everything important. There is a private garage. The apartment is super clean, super large. Also a very large terrace with the possibility to book the Jacuzzi. A washing machine and dryer are also provided. The coffee was super delicious. Stefania was quickly accessible and was able to answer all questions. Our highlights: Large shopping center directly opposite, bus stop in front of the door (in 50 minutes for €1.50 by bus/train to Rome) great restaurant right next to QB Bracceria we can recommend. My girlfriend and I are doing a Europe tour and this spot absolutely blew the others out of the water. The space is large, great bathroom and kitchen, and the host and her family are super sweet. They even gave us complimentary champagne and snacks. I will absolutely be returning - highlight of our trip.

This might be the best Airbnb I’ve ever been to. Claudia was super responsive and helpful, it is located right on the bus to FCO, perfect for both spending a night before or after a flight. Check in was smooth, and the host kindly leaves snacks, toiletries, yogurts, and tons of hot drink options in the kitchen for the guests to use - absolutely perfect. I highly recommend

I would recommend staying. It is a quick walk into Tivoli where there a lots of lovely Restaurants, Gardens & Walks

Very nice space in Rome. Away from the hustle and bustle of busy city streets, little traffic and quiet surroundings. Close to the train station and many bus terminals. Clean home with all the amenities we needed. Lots of space for the 6 of us to spread out and relax. Private parking is nice and safe, but tight to get into with a larger vehicle. Would stay here again!

We loved our stay at Simone’s. Great space, easy bus access. Lovely garden for aperitivo. One button wash/dry machine for clothes was nice. Great A/C and wifi. Fresh fruit! Can’t wait to go back.

We stayed here to visit Rome. Very easy access to Rome from nearby train station. The host was very proactive in terms of communication and check in instructions. We can highly recommend to stay here for a Rome visit.

Alice’s place is exactly what you see in the pictures . Great location , walking distance to Pantheon , Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona . Many great places to eat . A few meters walk to a Carrefour Express and Pharmacy . The place is clean and the attention for checking inn was great ! Plus it has a lift ! ( unusual for old buildings)

Amazing place if you have good energy to climb the 4th floor with luggage and no elevator. But this is a good price for being in the center of Rome and very old historic neighborhood. Rooftop patio is a real gem, but again not for people with physical disabilities. We spent amazing time there!

Simeone's responses were extremely prompt, clear and accurate, including the ones I sent at ridiculous Rome times when I was in America. He answered all my questions and I felt very prepared and safe for my trip before I even landed. He was friendly and extremely helpful, and arranged for a driver to pick us up from the Rome airport and take us to the Airbnb. He answered all my questions about how to get to other places, including the Rome train station and Florence. The apartment was clean, well-organized and adorable. Exactly what you want to stay in when visiting Italy. The location is unbeatable. Not only are you right next to the Spanish Steps and fashion area, but the Fontana di Trevi is a short walk from the place plus cafes, little convenient stores, restaurants and tobacco shops are all on the same block. I highly recommend staying here! If I could give the host and apartment more stars, I would!

Stefano has been one of the best hosts, if not the best one, we have had. His caring attention to detail, his clear and prompt communication and his willingness to assist us with special requests made our experience outstanding . The apartment was spotless, all the little details and treats he left for us made us feel at home. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The location is very convenient, we love the fruit&vegetables store just across the street. The beach is very close too. We will definitely comeback.

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location! Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Most of Rome’s main attractions — the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps — are within easy walking distance. There’s even a Big Bus stop nearby, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including excellent air conditioning and two beautiful terraces with charming views over the rooftops of Rome — a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Having both a washing machine and dryer was especially helpful during the hot weather. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in went perfectly.

The bedding was great, we slept very well. Apartment in a very good location, 3 min walk to the metro station, very convenient. This place is a steal! The location of the apartment is beautiful - great neighborhood and just a few minutes away from the Vatican city's St Peter's Square and Castel Sant'Angelo on foot. The apartment is more than spacious for two people and very comfortable. Agata has been a great host, very friendly and responsive. We loved our stay and would plan another vacation at this property in a heartbeat!
