Splendid Riad in Fes (4 suites)

EdithRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a lovely stay. The previous comments are justified. My little girls thought it was a cathedral palace given the height of the ceilings! Youssef's welcome is precious. Everything was perfect. Just one point of attention: as in other riads, the stairs are not suitable for people with reduced mobility, the steps are not regular. But one bedroom is available on the ground floor.

Luxurious whole riad in Fez medina ! Authentic !

AlmaRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Amazingly beautiful old Moroccan house situated in the Medina - an exceptional experience with incredibly friendly hosts, Karim and Khalid. The house has three bedrooms, each connected to a bathroom. Now, this is not a Riad that has been « modernized » as many others have been. The bathrooms are small in height and some need yo be accessed through an extra stairs. So, for those traveling with older parents, it might not be the right choice. The interior is just stunning: a traditional Riad with beautiful details and illumination. You can access a terrace/roof-top to enjoy a look at the surrounding Medina. Our favorite has been certainly the breakfast served by Khalid: everything is homemade by his wife and prepared with lots of love. Khalid has been so kind to us and helped us to navigate the maze of Fez’s Medina. It’s important to mark the exact location of the Riad in your Maps and maybe download the offline map to avoid to get lost (internet signal can be lost at times).

Dar Saida, a safe harbor during your stay.

ThomasRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The house is just perfect: location is ideal, (in the center of the medina, but quiet nevertheless), super clean and beautiful! Breakfast was top. Zarha is super friendly. She even gave us a birthday cake at breakfast as a surprise for our son who turned 17. I recommend 100%!!

Stunning Private Dar in Fez Medina

SimonRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This was a very lovely stay in Fes, right in the Medina. The riad is so big and very unique. Having Imane host was really very special and truly made the visit to Fes very memorable. The breakfasts that Imane made were delicious and the tea was the best we had in Morocco.

Charming typical house in Medina FES

PierreRating, 5 stars5 days ago
An unforgettable stay in a superb, bright and conveniently located riad. Before we arrived, Nicole was able to reassure us with her clear and caring responses. On site, Zacharia made all the difference: discreet, efficient, deeply attentive with us and our daughters, he organized our excursions and accompanied us with real kindness. Thanks to him, we discovered the medina at our own pace, and experienced magical moments like the Merzouga desert or Chefchaouen. The riad is a real haven: spacious, authentic, with a beautiful terrace bathed in light. On the kitchen side, Zacharia offered us beautiful discoveries, between small local addresses full of charm and refined restaurants. What affected us the most was the sincere exchanges with him, and the moments of life he shared. When we met other guests, we understood how well surrounded we were. A rare, warm and deeply human stay.

Dar El Assad Entire house for rent

VickyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had an amazing 2 night stay here and wish it had been longer. A stunning building which exceeded expectations. Rachid was so helpful and friendly and I would recommend the breakfast and dinner options at least once during the stay. It is in the heart of the old medina which is a bit of a maze but Rachid was very helpful with directions and instructions. If we go back to Fes we wouldn’t stay anywhere else!
A welcoming interior space features a cozy seating arrangement with a dark sofa and decorative cushions. Soft lighting is provided by multiple lanterns hanging from the ceiling, complementing the warm wooden accents. Wall art and greenery enhance the inviting atmosphere of the living area.

Riad Dar Timrad

AyoubRating, 5 stars1 month ago
A great Riad and great hosts!! The welcome was warm and very professional, they are attentive to each of your requests. Their recommendations are great and the place is magical, quiet and peaceful. We went there during the winter but the rooms are well heated, the infrastructure is new and of quality (hammam, jacuzzi...). The terrace overlooks the entire medina and is very well planted (jasmine, olive trees...) We didn't want to leave Thanks again Abdelali, Omar and the whole team!! See you soon, inchallah!

Cheerful 4- Bederoom Authentic home with patio

AleksandraRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The apartment was very clean and well-prepared for our stay. The location was amazing – right in the heart of the medina, which made the experience even more special. This was my first time in such an original and unique place and staying in this traditional old house made it even more memorable. Each floor had a bedroom, and the rooftop terrace was simply fantastic. It truly felt like immersing ourselves in the local way of living. We also had breakfast prepared for us on-site, which was a lovely touch. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an authentic experience

Pleasant suite in a 19th century palace.

YonghyunRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Everything was nice. The space so elegant and huge that it seems enough to invite 30-50 people to make a royal party. But only thing she should clearly inform us or other guests was additional costs. Breakfast fee was additional and it was not informed well. I found it was not free through reviews. In addition, price was different from reviews. She sincerely made efforts to satisfy us. It was great. However most of that was related to money

Cozy Whole Riad w/Kitchen in Fez Medina

AnassRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
My stay at Fatima Zahra’s Airbnb in Fes was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, she welcomed me with such warmth and genuine hospitality that I immediately felt at home. The space itself was beautifully maintained—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged with authentic Moroccan touches that made the experience even more special. What truly sets this stay apart, though, is Fatima Zahra herself. She went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, offering helpful tips about the city, recommending hidden gems, and always being available if I needed anything. Her kindness, generosity, and attention to detail made my time in Fes unforgettable. If you’re looking for a truly authentic and heartwarming experience in Fes, I can’t recommend her place enough. I left with wonderful memories and a deep appreciation for her hospitality. Thank you, Fatima Zahra, for making my stay so memorable!

Fez Magical Touch

PraveenaRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We had a fantastic stay right in the heart of the Medina! Getting to the Airbnb was smooth—one of their friends kindly met us at the gate and guided us through the winding streets to the Riad. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the hosting family, which made us feel at home right away. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and their hospitality truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and relaxed. This didn't feel like just an Airbnb, but a whole experience put together by Zineb and crew. Highly recommend this place!

Room Marjane

ClémenceRating, 5 stars22 months ago
Extremely welcoming host. The Riad is beautiful, with an extremely nice cool pool when it's 45°C, peaceful, a solarium with a view of the Medina (very close). Breakfasts can be taken at any time of the morning and they are very hearty. A real gift! All at the best price. Things that could be improved: bedding comfort and hair dryer, really secondary given all the positives of the riad! Thanks again.

Our stay at Rachid’s place was great. The entire staff were very nice, helpful, and easy to talk to. Everything smelled good and the building was clean, with the rooms in neat order. The breakfast provided was tasty and left us full in to the afternoon. And finally, both inside the building and outside was always very quiet with the bed being really comfortable! I’d highly recommend staying here if choosing to stay in the Medina.
