We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. House complete with dishes and household utensils. Space for socializing with barbecue. In the condominium space (common area), which has access to the beach (ramp for speedboat/jet ski), there are also sports courts (soccer, volleyball and tennis), dry and steam sauna, game room, swimming pool (adult and children's), bar/restaurant and parking.

It is very pleasant and easy to maintain, has everything nearby and is well equipped. It is eighty meters from Geribá beaches and 100 meters from Ferradurinha. There are bars and restaurants nearby. It's on a quiet and safe cul-de-sac. Enjoy the sunset on the deck with pool and barbecue area over the sea of Geribá.
