Our stay at Cozy Villa ЯR was absolutely perfect! The property was even better than the photos—spacious, warm, and beautifully designed with large windows offering breathtaking mountain views. The fireplace was a cozy touch after a long day of skiing. The villa was ideally located, just a short drive to the ski lifts. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we enjoyed making meals and spending quality time together as a group. Fitim was an exceptional host, providing clear check-in instructions and plenty of local tips . I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for relaxing winter escape. The accommodation offered is located in the small village of Topojan accessible by a dirt road that goes up for about 3 km. it is a very friendly quiet and cool village, ideal for hiking or visits to neighboring villages like Shishtavec. It's not far from the border with Kosovo. The accommodation benefits from a large bedroom with 2 queen beds and a lounge on the lower floor. It's very nicely decorated in a traditional Albanian style. There are 2 bathrooms ( 1 per floor). It is possible to prepare meals and breakfast in a kitchen shared with other tourists. The accommodation is next to the owners house and our charming hostess (Ardita's mom) can also prepare breakfast and meal on request ( the kitchen is excellent). Ardita speaks French and has always been very responsive to our questions. We really enjoyed this place full of charm and will gladly return.

Beautiful house, you couldn't ask for anything better. There were 6 of us with a small baby, we communicated with Nataša via messages and she was very quick to respond. If you are coming by car or taxi, this house is a great choice and is fully equipped.

Great place for a large group! We were in town for a wedding and Laura’s huge house was perfect for our weekend stay. Very private with not many neighbors around. The house had everything we needed and Laura provided us with a big grill for a barbecue. Would definitely stay here again!

Our two families enjoyed our stay at Villa Kupenica a lot. The host family was extremely kind and helpful in every way. The Villa is surrounded by calm farms and vineyards, so it is easy to relax in the yard, chill by the pool or have a barbecue in the evening just listening to birds and crickets. The kitchen and house itself were well equipped, the beds comfy and the wifi connection worked well enough so that we could plan some excursions. The town of Kumanovo is only 15 minutes away by car and we made trips to Skopje and lake Matka, which are also close enough. The villa had plenty of room for our bunch of 4 adults and 3 children and in spite of the very hot summer days, the house fortunately cooled down during the nights even without air-conditioning. We warmly recommend this place for you if you're visiting North-Macedonia. Please note that reaching the place for the first time can be tricky because the street names are not marked, but once you're there it's easy to get situated.

Zlatko was the ideal host, fast and clear communication. A really clean house and everything looked like in the pictures! The pool was fantastic and we were showed how to use the robot to clean the pool. The location is perfect, located Just outside of skopje and in a really calm and nice neighbourhood, stores are 5 minutes by car. 5 stars

We had a great time here with our group of 8 friends! Cosy and spacious home, beautiful garden with view on the mountains, nice pool. Great communication also!!! It was a bit difficult to find but furthermore it was perfect.

Good flat to have time in Skopje. Kristina was really nice and helpful, she was able to give replies very quickly even at night. Nice and cozy place. And most important, Kristina was flexible with early check in time so our group could check in early at morning. Recommend to everybody
