beautyful Apartment at the sea

we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! In addition, there are two mattresses. Large bathroom with washer and dryer. Nice kitchen, with everything in appliances, in open connection to the living room. Beautiful cottage with a closed nature ground and view to the golf course. Only 400 meters away from the beach with jetty. The house is very light with a combined kitchen and livingroom. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with sauna and 1 extra WC. In front of the house there is a beautiful 100 m3 porch. The cottage is equipped with a satellite-TV, DVD-player, WI-FI, microwave, washing machine and a tumble dryer in one. Futhermore there is an outdoor fishing cleaning space and a shed with a freezer.

Lovely summerhome close to sea.

WIFI. Beautiful close to the nice&quiet beach ( called "feddet"), and close to shopping and a beautifull ride on bike to the beach. There is a lovely garden with a perfect view over the fields. There is a shower, thats works perfectly. The bathtub unfurtunately isnt working and there are bicycles at your disposal aswell.

Perfect getaway in CPH - Separate 80m2 apartment!

We spent 4 nights in Pernille’s apartment and it was just an excellent stay on every level. Pernille and Martin are wonderful hosts and nothing was any trouble for them during the stay. The apartment is beautiful and light with a lovely backyard to relax in, and is about a 15 minute bicycle ride from the centre of the city. It’s in a really peaceful area of Copenhagen, parking was easy and there are plenty of restaurants and shops in short walking distance. I highly recommend you check this out if you’re coming to Copenhagen!

We enjoyed the cozy house and the large garden to the fullest. Lars was an attentive host who made us feel comfortable. Last but not least, the house is really good for excursions, the MTB track "Skovhuggeren" and within walking distance to Svendborg harbor. We would love to come back another time.

We had insanely nice days on the farm. For our son (4) it was incredibly beautiful. The special highlight was the daily farm, where the children could feed the animals under guidance and learn a lot about them. That's what makes Conny great. And also otherwise: great playground, insanely many vehicles with which the children could spray over the yard and a very clean apartment. We will be happy to come back!

Really liked the house, ideal for families. Lots of amenities for small children: trampoline, sandbox, and a nice children's room. The location is suburban with houses and gardens. By bike, the beach is 10 minutes away and the city center is 25 minutes. There are also buses nearby. Nice interior design with a couple of Danish design classics.

Ole's description doesn't promise too much. The view is really magnificent, the house very cozily furnished, the garden small but nice. The small place where the house is located is beautiful. You can buy honey, eggs, potatoes and more from local production in the nearby area. The closest supermarket is also not too far away. A tip: In the photos, the existing bed looks rather small, but it is king size, about 2m x 2m, so bring a sufficiently large sheet!

Excellent location for discovering Copenhagen: the accommodation is on the bus line that goes from the airport to downtown Copenhagen, so it's super convenient! Apartment that matches the photos 100% and located in a small quiet condominium. Morten responds very quickly to all questions and is very accommodating for check-in and checkout times.

Renting a holiday home through Jørgen is highly recommended, super nice townhouse with everything you need Everything was in super condition and super location, probably most secluded house in Østervang. A small minus is that there is a lot of listening from the neighboring house, it is clearly heard when the neighbor throws a party ☺️ We'll definitely be back😀
