快適に過ごせました。 内装は非常に清潔でストレスは感じませんでした。 ただし、小さな蟻が室内にいたのが気になったため、ゴミの管理には気を遣うようにしました。フロア共用の生ゴミのゴミ箱は小さかったですが、短期滞在では特に問題になりませんでした。 入り口のキー入力後の扉の開け方に少しコツが要りました。 夜間帯はアルカディアの飲食店からBGMが漏れ聞こえており、少し煩わしく感じますが、ある程度防音されているため、それが原因で眠れないといったように強く気になることはありませんでした。 動画のサブスクリプションの利用も快適に利用でき、子供は映画を視聴して楽しんでいました。 Jさんも素早くレスポンスがあり、トイレットペーパーの不足の問題にもすぐに対処してもらえました。

Superb location, its middle of Arkadia, so many eatery and night time can see many doggies there. Very chill place to stay. My family loves it.

Best place so far during my stay

Will be back to stay here again if back to kl for holiday. Easy to drive around kl and genting thanks to nearby highway. Although parking can be challenging initially but the rest is tip top. Thanks Derek and Maricel for the proactive response.

Place was easy to find and instructions were clear and cut . Clean home and bathroom too . All basics things provided . Owner was responsive and kind . Recommended 😊

if you think the place is small from the pictures, yes it's small compared to a regular 2 bedroom apartment. but besides that it has a great vibe to the unit. feels very comfortable. we were in the unit almost the whole day and we felt everything was beyond reach and the TV with Netflix and YouTube accessible kept us entertained although the TV was slightly testing your patience. bathrooms were clean, kitchen facilities were good, we baked a cake! beds were clean and comfortable. overall a good stay for 4 pax and will return definitely.

Sesuai untuk short stay and mini reunion. Kawasan santika sangat bersih dan kemas. Tandas teramat bersih dan selesa!! Swimming pool cantik dan air bersih sngt.

Only downside is insufficient water pressure in the house. Overall we had a pleasant stay, house was big and spacious for 20pax of family/friends.

Amazing place to stay! owner did her best in describing the place, gave us fruit from their orchard and place is the same as advertised. such a beautiful place. family and i bonded really well through it and managed to experience the authentic kampung life. totally recommend for people to stay

Its worth the price. The host was very responsive, the check in was simple but need to be received by a person, the room is fine, nothing especial about the amenities.

Die Wohnung erinnert mich an die Studentenzeit wobei die persönliche Begegnung mit Surahan ist einmalig. Er ist sehr hilfreich und interessiert, dass es seinen Gästen gut geht. Geht auf jeden ein und zeigt alles was beim Zusammenleben in diesem riesigem Haus wichtig ist. Er hat sich auch die Zeit genommen um mir gleich eine gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit zu zeigen und wie man direkt vom Haus in die MRT Station hineinkommt. Das ist wertvoll - ich komme gerne wieder!

The place is worth the money and good for 3 people. Host very responsive and helpful. Super good Wi-Fi (200+ mpbs). Everything was in well working condition. Small balcony so you can get outside for a but. I will definitely come back.
