Simple environment. Rustic porcelain tiles, baseboards and countertops in porcelain tiles. Decoration with special burnt cement textures, LED lighting effects, furnished. The room accommodates two single beds (one auxiliary), the bedroom accommodates 1 double bed. We have TV in the bedroom of this unit. We are an apartment building, this unit is the only one that does not have a view of the street. We made repairs this month and some walls have repair marks, hence the low price.
