A portable playpen is also available.

The property is within walking distance to downtown (shopping, restaurants, coffee shops) and a mile from University of Central Arkansas, Central Baptist College, Hendrix College, and Conway Regional Medical Center.

Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance & outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit. Front porch has a swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets and no larger than 50 pounds. NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving.
