A fabulous house that fully corresponds to the one shown in the photo. The main feature of the house is definitely the furnace. A great opportunity to have a new experience for those who have never dealt with her before, it's not difficult 😀 but how nice it is to lie on it! My kids loved it. Bath can also be used. There is a landscape park nearby, but now it is closed for the winter period. Quiet, starry night skies, cracking wood in the oven - everything you need to get away from the noisy city. I especially want to thank the hosts for their friendliness and care.

Thank you for your hospitality, we spent 2 weeks in a house in the forest, everything was pleasant, the main thing is fresh air, because the house is located among pines, almost in the forest, and almost complete silence and tranquility, which is not enough for a resident of a large city. There were no problems with water and electricity, the wifi signal is quite strong, because we came here not to relax, but to work, so it was enough. Everything was great, we recommend it!

Nice, spacious and clean apartment, with a baby was much more comfortable than a hotel. Nearby there are two metro stations, shops, cafes and restaurants, all within walking distance. The owner provided extremely clear check-in instructions and general rules. There are only positive experiences left. Thank you Artem for your hospitality, the next time you visit Kiev, this place will be the first in search.

Stayed as a family with a brother who just checked into Faina Town. We decided to rent an apartment for 2 days in the same complex. The apartment is really nice and functional, great view, super complex, friendly hostess Irina, who resolved all issues very quickly. However, we booked a slightly different option, but this apartment was also quite a good level. Also, we were made a small cashback - also a nice bonus to the accommodation.

Everyone in our family prays that this world can evolve away from scenarios where one madman has this much power and can still create this much of a veil of deception to coverup crimes against the world. Chokolovka Cozy and quiet apartment

Good place to stay, comfortable sofa to sleep on, as described and pictured. Excellent communication, very friendly and honest. 4th floor walk up. Bus stop, park, flower shop, little store, restaurant are all a few feet away. Wifi worked for the first 4 days, but then stopped. Free wifi is at McDonalds 2km away. It was not the owner's fault, she kept calling internet company daily for weeks. I'm so grateful for Ukraine's efficient air defense systems, thank God lives were saved when Russia sent airstrikes during my stay and only empty buildings were damaged by destroyed bomb remnants. Bring bug spray. Just an fyi, if you're a foreigner traveling by train into Ukraine, get a return ticket abroad, as you need a certain Ukrainian account to purchase a ticket out of Ukraine.
