Small basement studio in house, 15 min from city

A very small, refurbished studio with own entrance on the bottom floor of our house in a quiet area, close to Stockholm city (15 min by subway.) The studio is in the basement. My family with childen live in the house, so you might hear us moving around. An 8-10 min walk to the subway stations Svedmyra, green line19, or Subway station Tallkrogen, green line 18. Close by, walking distance, a supermarket, parks, restaurants and nice walking areas. Own entrance with code lock. No pets. Welcome 😊

Skog med motionsspår och utegym helt nära. 10 min. till tunnelbana + 20 min till Stockholms city.

Walking distance to restaurants, grocery shopping, nature, outdoor swimming (in one of Stockholm’s most famous and beautiful lakes “Drevviken “.) Just 15 minutes to Stockholms central parts. Stilsam villa 110kvm i lugnt område nära till skogen och natur. 10-15 minuter med bil till City och ca 50 minuter kommunalt. Stor altan utrustat med utemöbler och soffgrupp, vedeldad bastu och åretrunt vedeldad / elvärmt bubbelpool. Bra att veta Boendet har 2 sovrum med en 90 säng i ena rummet och en 180 säng i master bedroom. Det finns även en till 90 säng att ställa ut i det sovrum man vill sova. Ett bebott atterfallshus på tomten finns men inget som stör. Låst walk-in i master bedroom.

Välkommen till ett unikt radhus med uppmärksammad arkitektur. Huset består av olika halvplan med öppna rumssamband. Huset ligger i ett område som är kulturmiljöklassat. Your own private stylish apartment in my house, located in Tallkrogen/Enskede only 15 min on the metro from central Stockholm. Parking available right outside. I just had this beautiful apartment build and everything is brand new. Two rooms: a private bedroom with a queen size bed for two, and a living room with a full kitchen. The living room has a sofa that converts to a full-size bed that sleeps two more people.

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.

Beautiful place exactly like in the pictures. Had a very warm welcome by the host who is tremendously helpful. Well connected and easy to get to the city Center. Great privacy with a beautiful garden. Perfect for short and longer stays. Great price. Would recommend staying here to everyone.

Mūsu kompānija brauca uz pasaules čempionātu hokejā. Līdz Avicci arēnai ar autobusu varēja nokļūt ļoti ātri. Sabiedriskā transporta pietura ir pāris minūšu gājienā. Pārtikas veikals arī pāris minūšu gājienā. Priekš 7 cilvēku kompānijas ļoti ideāla dzīvesvieta un par ļoti labu samaksu. Viss dzīvošanai nepieciešamais un saimnieki bija ļoti laipni un atsaucīgi.

We were delighted with our stay at Sophie and Ola’s place. It was even better than we expected. Comfortable bed, quiet location, everything worked well. Loved the free parking and the 10 minute walk to the train station to Stockholm. Felt like we were living in the country yet Stockholm was very accessible. They were very helpful with tourist information and could not have been nicer. If we ever come back to Stockholm, this would be our first stop!

The place is located in Älta and it was just perfect. Few minutes to the nature and lakes. Small supermarket close by and Lidl and Willys few km away. Very friendly host and I could have my own privacy 🙏 Highly recommended 😊
