The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Huset har ett modernt, fräscht kök som är fullt utrustat. Huset är möblerat med ett matbord och stolar, utemöbler, en dubbelsäng, en bäddsoffa samt en 43-tums TV. Huset erbjuder gratis parkering (flera platser finns). Gräsmattan nedanför huset kan också nyttjas av gäster. Buss som går i närheten tar dig smidigt in till Gullmarsplan.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Stilsam villa 110kvm i lugnt område nära till skogen och natur. 10-15 minuter med bil till City och ca 50 minuter kommunalt. Stor altan utrustat med utemöbler och soffgrupp, vedeldad bastu och åretrunt vedeldad / elvärmt bubbelpool. Bra att veta Boendet har 2 sovrum med en 90 säng i ena rummet och en 180 säng i master bedroom. Det finns även en till 90 säng att ställa ut i det sovrum man vill sova. Ett bebott atterfallshus på tomten finns men inget som stör. Låst walk-in i master bedroom.
