My place is 20 minutes by subway from Stockholm city. Completely renovated and fresh, this small 2-bedroom apartment is very modern and functional. 10 minutes walk to Skarpnäcks metro station, the direct access to football fields and green areas. The accommodation is suitable for your business stays, your family and romantic vacations. My apartment consists of an open equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a living room and a place for the office and a bathroom. You will have access to entire the entire place

A very small, refurbished studio with own entrance on the bottom floor of our house in a quiet area, close to Stockholm city (15 min by subway.) The studio is in the basement. My family with childen live in the house, so you might hear us moving around. An 8-10 min walk to the subway stations Svedmyra, green line19, or Subway station Tallkrogen, green line 18. Close by, walking distance, a supermarket, parks, restaurants and nice walking areas. Own entrance with code lock. No pets. Welcome 😊

Small apartment with own entrance. The room/apartment has a kitchen with a new stove, oven, microwave, fridge etc and its own toilet. The spa with a wooden sauna, bath tub and a shower is mainly for your own use. The laundry and recreation room are shared with us. The apartment is in the basement of our classical villa from 1942 in peaceful area with a big garden and barbeque possibilities. 10 min by car to Södermalm, 15 min to city center with t-bana from Skarpnäck or Skogskyrkogården .
