Great 2-level apartment with terrific deck and beautiful view overlooking the river. Quiet and pretty. Owners were very responsive and the kitchen is very well stocked. Nice rustic touches and great running/walking trail along the river, just down the road. WiFi works well. Recommend upgrading the beds as they are small and not very comfortable. Otherwise a great property!

Beautiful home, our family and kids really loved and enjoyed it. Very quiet and peaceful place to relax. Was exactly what we expected. Planning on returning again.

The house was perfect for our family ski weekend. The back yard was good for the dogs to run around and there is a nice quiet dirt road that we were able to take them for a walk. The entry was great for setting up boot dryers and hanging coats. The layout is good. We would stay at Kedi’s again.

The location was perfect. The size of the place was great. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. We had an amazing spring skiing family trip.

Great home for our large family gathering. Great location near Sunday River skiing, Downtown and snowmobile trails right outside the door. We had a great time and will be back.

The condo was very nice and comfortable. The host was responsive and provided good instructions ahead of time. The location is great, just a short slide to the condo lift. It is true ski in ski out, and provides a great Sugarloaf experience!

Rick, Thank you again for all the comfortable amenities while staying at your Airbnb home. Everything about the home made us feel right at home after a very long travel out from Idaho and during our stay out there in Maine. The beds were comfortable, had good, hot water for showers, quality internet for working from home during the evenings, and just an overall peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Definitely in a great location!

Great spot. Perfect proximity to Sunday River and all the restaurants downtown. Very spacious, super clean and overall great.

Ryan’s place was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and spacious. It provided the perfect setting for our group, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy ourselves. We were all very comfortable and felt right at home. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Amber's for the night before and after the eclipse, and it was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was a great atmosphere to hang out with the two other couples who came with us. We ate at Patrick's pub the first night and folks told us where some good viewing spots for the eclipse would be. We ate in the second night and spent lots of time around the kitchen table. As someone else mentioned, the slatted louvered doors on the bathrooms are a bit different, but it worked out ok for us. Amber was great with communication.

Steve's place was awesome. We had a great time utilizing all the games...darts/pool/ping pong etc. The kitchen had everything we needed and the big dining room table was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

Josh was easy to communicate with and gave us detailed instructions about how to get into the house. I was very appreciative that he provided towels for both the inside shower and the outside hot tub. Kitchen had all of the amenities needed to cook and was very clean. The location was an easy 15 minute drive to the mountain. Overall, I was very happy with my stay here and would gladly recommend the property to others.

Enjoyed our stay! Great place for our family to get together! Janine is a great host and has a beautiful home in town on a quiet street. The house is very comfortable with an updated, immaculate kitchen and pleasant but not crowded decor throughout. We will continue to reserve her space.

Awesome stay. Owner was very friendly. House was set up great and was very clean, organized and stocked well with essentials. She even left us some fresh goodies from a local bakery. We will be back for another stay in the future.

We had a great, low key girls weekend at Alanna’s place. The hot tub was great for soaking in, and right off the deck. We brought our snowshoes and enjoyed snowshoeing down to the lake and around the property. The tvs in the living room felt a bit over powering, but we figured out how to put two to sleep so we could just listen to music on the third.

My stay was in between two large snow storms, and Arthur had the driveway plowed for us, and checked in on us during the stay.

We had a great time staying at Samantha’s place! It was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our whole group. Everything at the house was as advertised in the listing. We would gladly stay again, the house has everything you need, with plenty to do around it!

We had a lovely stay. The house is across the street from the lake and surrounded by woods. Beautiful tall white birches outside of the back door. We heard a barred owl and a loon on the lake. Plenty of space and comfortable beds. This was a perfect place to stay for our nephews wedding. We hiked the round top trail in Belgrade, which we recommend. We had breakfast at Java Joe’s in Farmington, very good

We had an amazing time over valentines day weekend. There was a snow storm and Kent snow blowed around our vehicle to make sure we could get out. The house is very comfortable and peaceful, amazing view of the river and just off the road enough to not be bothered by passing traffic. Definitely recommend!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were so pleased with the house and hope to rent again in the future. It was really cozy and right on the river. We had a great stay!

We had a great stay and the location was convenient to Sunday River. Ample space for our family and good cell phone reception, which meant not having WiFi wasn’t a big deal. Was very nice that the host warmed up the house before we arrived.
