House vacation rentals in Farmington

Josh's place was great. close to our activities, not far from restaurants. josh was very quick to respond and remedy the only issue we had, which was with the hot tub. the only thing we didn't have that I personally wish there was, was a broom. the place was clean but I hate feeling dirt on my feet inside, so I bought a broom, but that was my decision. great place, thanks Josh

This was a great condo - spacious and had everything we needed. Very close to sugarloaf base camp - about a half mile so also easy to walk. Would stay again and would recommend!

I had a wonderful stay., they were fantastic in accommodations for me and my service dog who loved the yard. The home is beautiful and the host was very accommodating. communication was great. I look forward to staying there when I’m in that area again.

Aimee’s place was amazing! Absolutely gorgeous inside and out. So much attention to every detail. Aimee was quick to respond with any questions I had. The games provided great entertainment for the kids during a snowy day. I highly recommend. We can’t wait to come back.

I had a great stay. The unit was clean and the host was very responsive. A bit bummed that the sauna and hot tub are unavailable in the summer but I knew that going in. Check in was easy and flexible but worth noting that if you're staying here in the summer you'll have to go to the office first which is about a ten minute drive from the condo in bethel. Well stocked kitchen as well.

Jon’s cabin is a beautiful place to get away from it all. Very comfortable and well designed. We had everything we needed to cook and hole up for a few days. If you decide to drive to the lake, I would recommend 4WD. We had a truck but were not aware of how soft the ground was and ended up needing to be towed out. Still highly recommend! Enjoy your stay!

Marty’s Magic Haus was exactly as advertised. We had a wonderful family vacation with multiple family members spanning teens to 70s enjoying all the home had to offer. The home was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals and enjoy our time together. We loved the pool, the hot tub, the sauna and all of the games. We had great relaxing times on the deck and around the fire pit. It was very clean and we were very happy with the stocked items that we did not have to bring along such as towels, beach towels and soaps. It was so beautiful! Thanks for such a well maintained place to vacation!

We had such an enjoyable stay we didnt want to leave! All agreed we would stay here again - such a beautiful quiet retreat. Steve was a responsive host with detailed instructions for checkin/checkout. It made everything perfect for my family.

Beautiful property right on the water about 45 minutes to Sugarloaf. Amazing views overlooking the lake! Ample space for several guests, well-stocked kitchen with ample cooking supplies and utensils. Would recommend the Thai restaurant in Farmington if going out to eat.

Amy's place was in the perfect location for our vacation plans .We loved hearing the river behind the house with the windows open also really enjoyed using the sauna. I hadn't been in one since I very young with my Finnish family. the house was furnished with everything we needed to feel comfortable! we definitely would like to go back again at some point. Thank you Amy.

Check in was easy. There was plenty of room for 4 adults, 2 children and a dog. It was nice and quiet on a dead end road. Had a fire pit which was great for s’more’s with the kids after a long day. The river was great and the waterfalls were 20 minutes away. There’s a nice park for the kids down by the fire station. Everyone enjoyed themselves and had a great time. All in all it was nice get away retreat. If you enjoy nature and being able to see the stars then this is the spot for you.

We had a short two nights at Amy’s place. We stayed to attend our son’s graduation from Colby college. The school was about 32 minutes away from campus and the house worked out great. I’d love to return and stay longer in the future. Home and host were exceptional.

Our group of four (plus our dog!) had an absolutely wonderful stay at Adam’s place. The house was thoughtfully designed and perfectly set up for a group, offering both comfort and plenty of space to relax after long days of exploring. The kitchen was a standout — incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare full meals over several days, which made dining in a real pleasure. The location was ideal: peaceful and scenic, with easy access to incredible hiking and biking trails, and conveniently located for getting in and out without any hassle. Adam was a fantastic host — responsive, helpful, and always communicative, which made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a well-appointed, nature-adjacent getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

What a wonderful and whimsical cottage! We had a lovely time exploring the mountains and relaxing around the property. This is a great woodland getaway with abundant wildlife and scenic views in the surrounding area. The hosts were fantastic with exceptional communication and genuine kindness. We’re very happy we stayed here and definitely recommend checking it out!

Jonathan's home was a breath of fresh air, as his attention to details is extremely high- great wifi, clutter free place, clean and comfortable linens with multiple layer options, great kitchen with condiments and coffee stocked (fresh local grounds). We are repeat customers and will continue to use the place as long as Jonathan allows. I'd highly recommend this home.

Great stay at the house. The house was very clean! If you have little kids, be aware that the house has a lot of fragile items and decor. Also, if kids want to play outside, they are limited as to where they can play and what they can do outside. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

What can I say, this place is truly amazing as well as Joao is an amazing host. This is my second time booking this place and I have no complaints. By the far the best air bnb I have stayed in. It checks all the boxes, every detail and every carefully thought out extra down to having smores and camp fire supplies to the grill supplies to the carefully placed throws in the living room. This place feels like your home while you’re there, tranquil and so safe. This place is better than pictured and is HUGE in person. Everyone I brought with me just kept repeating how much they loved the space and how it was perfect. Joao also personally went out of his way to refund half of my stay due to the fact of me having to leave early the first time I stayed for emergency reasons, I didn’t ask or request for a refund but he did it off his own choice, which he did not have to do. 10/10 experience all around the board. Anytime I’m in the area, I’ll be staying here ! Don’t double think it, just BOOK.

We stayed for two months while I was on a temporary work assignment in the area. Check-in was simple, any questions were quickly answered. We had no problems with anything during our stay; everything was exactly as anticipated from the description. We immediately loved the view of the lake from the front windows! The kitchen was perfect, and we felt right at home. I was working long shifts, and a quiet, peaceful location was important for me to get enough sleep--this place provided it exactly. We were able to watch the lake go from ice covered when we arrived to open water when we left. We saw robins and loons arrive, and heard them calling as they settled into their summer homes. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who enjoys a quiet lake setting.

This was an amazing place for a weekend away for two young families. The layout and size of the house was perfect and the location is beautiful. It’s close enough to Bethel and the Whites so there’s plenty to do (by car) all while being a very quiet and peaceful setting. George and Casey were incredible friendly and responsive hosts. We hope to stay here again and highly recommend.

Very nice cabin with a beautiful, well equipped kitchen. It does not have central air and the window units are not big enough to cool the entire space (nor does every room have a window unit), so keep that in mind when booking in the summer. There is very little furniture in the bedrooms, no luggage stands, and no hangers in the closets, so expect to put your bags on the floor. Overall great cabin despite these downsides and would recommend.

The house was beautifully designed in a way that compliments the nature all around it. The natural wood work is so beautiful. The backyard view of the mountains is so magnificent. I wanted an off the grid location and with this listing, I definitely got it. Everything you pretty much need is in the house. The kitchen is very wide and spacious for family meals. The house was bigger than expected which was a plus. The sauna was perfect. Still had the newly built sauna smell. There are several trails you can hike. Just make sure to bring repellant. I got the chance to meet the owner and his wife. Very nice and hospitable people. It was a pleasure getting to know a little amount them and the ins and outs of the land. I would 100% recommend this place. I’ll definitely be back.

We had a great time - easy access to sugarloaf and restaurants in town! Beautiful river in the back. Great in all seasons.
