In Skå on Färingsö is this modern newly-built cottage with 2 bedrooms and an open living room/kitchen where there is also a sofa bed + armchair bed. The cottage has a single garden with a patio and barbecue. Several swimming areas are located in the nearby area. Nearest swimming area Mörbybadet, 2 km. Bus stop is within 300 meters from the property that takes you to Brommaplan/Stockholm in about 40 minutes. Both ICA and pizzeria are within walking distance, by car 2 minutes away! A party place where there is a lot of happening is also in walking distance!

After a lovely night in the garden house, breakfast is served on the jetty next to the large pond. With a cup of freshly brewed coffee in your hand, you look out over the beautiful, park-like plot where there is always something exciting to discover. With Lake Mälaren's glittering waters just a short walk away, it's easy to be lured to a swim at Stockbybadet. We are close to the big city but still in the countryside and with walking distance to both a grocery store and a lovely pastry shop, you will be happy to stay a little longer.

Welcome to a beautiful house in Uttran, Stockholm. Enjoy your stay in our house with lake property, private pool and private dock. A short walk from the house, there is the nature reserve Vinterskogen with an illuminated exercise loop, outdoor gym, hiking trails and a cozy swimming area. Lake Uttran is an elongated lake that in summer invites you to swim, fish or maybe just a cozy boat trip.
