The house is built in 2021 and has fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, sleeping loft with double bed, bed sofa bed bed, nice breakfast porch as well as patio in best sun mode. Mälaren and possibility for swimming is 800m away, Troxhammar golf club is 300m away and beautiful excursion areas with forests for mushrooms and berry picking are just around the corner from the house. Bus stop 200m from the house, about 30 minutes by car from town. Parking next to the house.

A villa in the countryside with incredibly beautiful views and the forest with castle park on the doorstep. The house is an old medical villa from 1910 where many old details are preserved. The rental part is an own apartment upstairs with own entrance. Access to patio, private kitchen, living room, bathroom. Close to the beach and beautiful excursion areas with cosy cafés and lovely nature reserves.

After a lovely night in the garden house, breakfast is taken to the dock next to the big pond. With a cup of freshly brewed coffee in hand, you look out over the beautiful, park-like grounds where there's always something exciting to discover. With Mälaren's glittering water just a short walk away, it's easy to attract a swim at Stockbybadet. We are close to the big city but still in the countryside and with walking distance to both a grocery store and a lovely pastry shop, you are happy to stay a little longer.

Genuine Swedish cottage

This little cottage (stuga) is next to our main house close to the center of Södertälje. It is built 1847 but with modern facilities. There is only one room, it has a sofa bed and a simple extra bed. There is central heating + a heater. The kitchen includes a microwave, a small stove and fridge/freezer. You have your independence, but we are at hand if you should need anything. In the summer you can sit out in the garden and enjoy the sun.
