beautiful home. Lots of room. Great location. Dogs welcomed. And host allowed family members to come over for Thanksgiving. definitely will be booking in the future.

Michael was a great communicator, check in was seamless. House was clean and lots of sleeping accommodations. Michael also had great suggestions on restaurants to go to if you don’t mind driving a bit. Our party rented a car so transportation was not an issue, expensive Ubers to Dallas if you don’t have your own car. Would definitely stay here again

Kayli’s place met all of our expectations when I was searching for a home that was big enough to accommodate 4 people and two dogs without paying an extreme amount. The size of the home met all of our needs (we were looking for a one story and a yard for our dogs). It was clean and looked just as the photos. The location made it ideal because it was across from a park which we walked/ ran almost everyday. Homes in the area were historic and beautiful to see. The location was a short driving distance to a lot of cool spots where we spent the day. Kayli was very responsive from the beginning and offered a lot of recommendations and was friendly and proactive in meeting any of our needs. I would definitely recommend this cute spot.

I can't say enough good things about the hosts. We were going through some really rough times throughout our stay. Our home flooded and that's why we needed a place to stay, there were "deaths" in our family, and confusing insurance hops to jump through. Thanks to Grant and Alyssa we were able to get in the house on December 23rd and be in a home for Christmas. We were staying in a hotel, and there are 7 of us! We were there during the snowy and wet weather and noticed there weren't any mats inside to wipe our feet on. I messaged Grant, the next day mats were delivered to the front door. We had a small issue with the bed and Alyssa came over the next day to help out with that. They are very responsive and easy to work with. They made our living situation as comfortable and stress free as possible. They were literally our shelter in life's storms💞

My son and I came with some friends for a weekend getaway. Having 4 bedrooms enabled us all to have our own room and private space which was awesome. The time spent at the house was enjoyable hanging out in the spacious living area and able to play billiards and air hockey. None of us turned on the TV while we were there. The house is much larger than it looks from the front. We uad plenty of room. 100% recommend this place.

Antonio was a Great Host the home was perfect and it was exactly as it was advertised. Antonio always responded very quickly to all questions and concerns I had. would love to be a guest of Antonio in the future.

This was a beautiful home and super super clean ! The beds were amazing and the pool area was gorgeous to look at every morning for my morning coffee which they had KCups supplied! Great hosts as well! Will definitely be back !

Sarah‘s house was perfect for our weekend in Murphy, as our friends live there. Sarah was very quick to respond to my messages and sent her handyman over right away to get the bathroom light switch to work. Kitchen was great! We didn’t use the hot-tub or outdoor area because there were several places to gather, talk and relax inside. The beds were amazingly comfortable. Plenty of towels, too. The Nest thermostat made it easy to adjust the temp at night. She was thoughtful to provide snacks when we arrived late our first night. The house is very large and in a quiet neighborhood. It worked perfectly for our needs and with some minor updating, it will be an awesome house! Great communication with me from beginning to end. Would love to stay there when we visit Murphy again.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to local spots and a peaceful environment to relax. The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and made check-in smooth and stress-free. I truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay! Definitely would book again when next I travel down there .

Teresa was a fantastic host to us! Her pantry is stocked with groceries and bathroom is stocked with toiletries. The decor and layout was so cute- we felt so comfortable and genuinely right at home. Teresa was also very flexible and responsive, such an easy stay for us. Highly recommend Teresa’s place for anyone staying in this area.

Lester was a good host and was very responsive. If you choose to stay you will not regret. I will be back soon when in Dallas

This is a 1 bedroom apartment in a 4 plex building, top floor. The location was excellent, easily walkable to the art district area. The host was incredibly responsive and very accomodating. The room was big, the bed was big and nice, the internet worked well, and it was easy to get in and out. The art around the apartment was nice. On the downside, they need to do better maintenance on the building and making sure everything is ready for a guest to show up. Fortunately, the were very responsive and fast but the list of problems with the place shouldn't really be there to begin with and some of them never got fixed while we were there... and some I didn't even mention because it wasn't worth the hassle. Also, both of us got approached by homeless people near the building. They were harmless but the area isn't the best. Overall, it was worth the price and I'd stay there again.

Great stay for first timers in Dallas! Felt safe the whole time and loved being about to sit on the balcony and relax. Extremely clean interior. Great distance to Deep Ellum.

Great apartment in a walkable entertainment destination. Quiet, well-equipped kitchen and very accommodating hosts. We will be back.
