The apartment that I rent to my vacation guests is located in a listed Sprecher House from 1677. A seat, in the visible courtyard right in front of the apartment, in a beautiful neighborhood of stable building and patrician house, is the beneficiary of my joy in the thriving of blooming nature.

This AirBnB exceeded our expectations in all categories. The photos simply do not do it justice. Newly renovated and extremely clean accommodations with all modern amenities. The surrounding area has unmatched views. To top it off, Marlise and her family were incredible hosts and took the time to show us around the barn. My daughter especially loved meeting the horses, donkeys, rabbits, chickens, and friendly family dog. The fresh cheese, meats, eggs, yogurt, and tortes available in the self-service shop were all incredible. We’d give it 10 stars if we could!

Reiner’s house is the ideal place for you and your family if you are looking for peace and quiet but also if you love to hike, snowshoe, go up the mountain with the cable car or take the car and drive 20’ to go skiing or sledding. There is a lot of light, very sunny, nice views, fully equipped kitchen and nice outdoors space to relax. The rooms are big and very clean. It was a perfect stay and we’d love to come back!

We chose to stay at Ana’s place before heading into appenzell the following day and found it was the perfect spot to rest the night. Small kitchenette with an added bonus of snacks provided by Ana in fridge! Thoughtful and very responsive host when questions would arise. Would definitely loved to have stayed longer!
