The sunrise hits the yard and windows of the house in the morning and bathes it with light. 20 minutes from Samaria Gorge, 30 minutes from Chania and 60 minutes to Sougia in the Libyan Sea and 10 minutes from the nearest supermarket.

Έμφαση δόθηκε στη μελέτη του φωτισμού προκειμένου να συνδυαστούν διαφορετικές ποιότητες φωτισμού μέσα στη μέρα.

Our lovely apartment is located close to the center of Kissamos.Just a few steps away is the main square where you can find grocery stores,rental cars and the regional bus station.On the seaside you can find traditional Cretan restaurants,fish taverns and cafes.The closest beach is just a few minutes walking,famous destinations like Falasarna,Βalos,Elafonisi are easy to reach both by car or bus.Whatever other activities you have in mind(hikes,festivals)we are more than happy to inform you.

Peace and seclusion!

Ten minutes drive from Kissamos this is a single self contained apartment with double bedroom, shower room and kitchen/living area. If you are looking for somewhere totally away from the turmoil of every day life, this is the place for you. The only other people here are Sue and I (and our Labrador, Darcy) However, Kissamos is close by and has everything you will need for shopping or eating out and also we are close to the popular beaches of Falasarna and Balos.

It is very close to the unique lagoon of Balos and the famous Falasarna beach, both with crystal clear waters, aquamarine sea and fine golden sand. The nearest beach is just 5’ away on foot and many more beaches are accessible on foot or by car in less than 10’.

Apartment 50sqm, comfortable, modern, airy, bright, airy with large balconies to enjoy the panoramic view of Falasarna. It has screens and shutters for protection against insects. Quiet environment and nearby destinations from exotic beaches. A car is necessary in this area and because the beach of Falassarna is 2 km. The house is about 80 square meters and is located on the main road. All the necessary equipment regarding the kitchen and bathroom is provided. Super markets, bakery, gas station and restaurants are located nearby. In approx. 1 km there is a clear beach, ideal for families. The world famous beach of Falassarna is 7 km away, Balos 10 km, Elafonisi 45 km. We live directly above, so you can ask us anything you may need.
