The place was spotless, very tidy and beautiful. Everything was clean and well cared for, with cozy decor that made you feel right at home. The location was perfect and the host was very kind and attentive. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

Both Carlos and Jose, the person in charge of the place, responded to all our concerns quickly and clearly. Our trip was intended to rest and enjoy a quiet space and we certainly achieved it in this place. The only recommendation I have, since there were several elderly people in our group, is to evaluate the possibility of placing something in the showers that would provide people with greater stability and security (a grab bar). This, I reiterate, is a recommendation because we travel with older people who require these types of items. It's a highly recommended place. We would repeat without hesitation.

This is a great place, perfectly located in the colonial section of Honda. It´s very fresh, stylish and modern. The only drawback is that as the flat is surrounded by similar units, noisy neighbors or repair work can be a drag. But it would be a matter of chance.

“El Patio” house for 10 people in the historic area

Our stay at Maria's house, although short, was very pleasant. The house is beautiful and all the directions as well as the communication before and during the stay was very active and was very helpful in getting organized. Luisa spoiled us a lot and is a very friendly person, as is Ronald. Something very important to us was how safe the house is for older adults (i.e., the exterior and interior floors, and the non-slip bathroom floors). - the goal was met and we were all very happy :-) Thanks Maria, and see you next time !!!

Natalia's house is much prettier than in the photos, it is very spacious, it is very nice details, the kitchen is very well equipped. Although Honda is hot, the house is very fresh from all the trees within the property. Everything very clean and clean. Highly recommended for going with family or friends to relax and enjoy the pool and jacuzzi. Mrs. Maribel cooked us super rich.

It was a very nice experience, the house is exactly as in the photos and the people were so kind and understanding, really thank you, it's totally worth it

Next to my family we had a wonderful new year, the premises clean and in excellent condition, we enjoyed the pool and all the comforts of the house. Absolutely recommended.

The place is ideal for a few days stay at Honda with family or friends, very good location and access to different places of interest. Communication with Marisol is simple and friendly, totally recommended.

The house is nicer than what you see in the photos. It is a modern, comfortable, super cool house with tasteful details. Highly recommended. Mrs. Guimar is very attentive, kind and very helpful. We will definitely be back here.

Excellent place to rest and share. Strategic location. Hosts Cesar and Haner are very helpful and helpful. Definitely a very recommended place, if I had the opportunity I would definitely come back.

Luz was very kind, informing me early on the day of arrival that the house was ready, so I was able to check in ahead of time. The house is nice and is the same as in the photos. The people who take care of the house were also very kind. A nice place to spend a couple of days.
