We have family with a house in the neighborhood but wanted our own place to retreat to and boy was Kimberly’s place a perfect retreat! We loved being steps from a private beach and having a back deck and balcony to enjoy- especially with the ocean breezes! The kitchen had everything we needed. The couches and beds were comfy and the mini splits kept the house just the right temperature. Loved the outdoor shower, too. I think we used almost every space at the house! Definitely planning a return trip.

The house is very comfortable. There is everything you would need for a comfortable, relaxing, fun stay.

Lisa was very communicative answering all questions immediately and providing great recommendations. it was great to walk to Scarborough beach and we appreciated the beach chairs. this was a good choice for my husband and I. we enjoyed being close to the beach, close to URI to bring our daughter to school as well as spend a few days at RI attractions.

Abdel’s place was perfect for our family weekend getaway. Home was spacious and very clean. Had everything we needed (even toys for my toddler and our dog!). My whole family was very comfortable. Neighborhood was walkable and beach was easily accessible. Sunsets were spectacular! Would stay again!

We had a great week as a family in Cape Cod. The house was perfect for our family of five and provided a really nice home base each day. The beach was about a 5 minute walk straight down the road and the supplied beach chairs, wagon and umbrella were perfect. We were able to pick up groceries from the local Stop & Shop on our way into Sandwich and cooked at the house multiple times which had plenty of cookware for our needs, including the outside grill. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying again.
