Very clean. Close to all things Fairbanks. This is a very well kept "old Fairbanks" unit with Alaskan charm. Our stay was quiet. The bed was terrrific.

The home was very cozy to include heated floors, blankets in the family room, reclining chairs/couch and a lot of split wood for the fireplace and/or fire pit. The kitchen was very well-stocked with plenty of hot drink selections, plastic storage containers for leftovers, storage bags and tons of split firewood. We were so close to everything we wanted to do and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

A wraparound deck features a dining table with four chairs and two lounge chairs, surrounded by wooden flooring. Large windows provide views of the serene lake. The blue exterior of the house complements the natural surroundings.

While the bathrooms could use some love, the house has everything you need, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with what you would need. Biggest plus was we were actually able to see the northern lights off the back patio.

Guest house sleeps 8. Upper level of duplex.

Great place, lots of room, very comfortable. Hot tub was lovely. hosts where incredibly responsive and friendly. we had a great stay and will likely be back on our next trip through Fairbanks

Everything is exactly how they described it! Beautiful inside and out! Peaceful and private! Hot tub was amazing and late night by the fire was perfect as it was right by the lake! It was like something out of a dream! Worth every penny! We will be staying again here real soon!
