The apartment exceeded our expectations as it was very nice, clean and lovingly furnished with small details. We also felt comfortable and safe in the area directly opposite the sea. Easily outside the center, this was still easily accessible. In addition, there are some restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Madame Rachida was always easily accessible to us and was quick and reliable in responding to inquiries and calls. Although our arrival was delayed by two hours due to a small breakdown, Hassan (the person in charge of the apartment) waited for us and also carried out the key handover after work. In addition, we were very pleased with the small welcome greeting in the apartment. Thank you for that! A very nice residential complex, very clean and maintained. The staff is always friendly and helpful and available at any time, the complex currently consists of 2 very large buildings, there are apartments of different sizes from one bedroom and living room to 4 rooms apartments for large families, nothing is missing in the apartment and the kitchen is absolutely complete 😁 except for the dishwasher but new and is reminiscent of Ikea kitchens. A lot of things are in the expansion phase such as the elevators or the indoor entertainment rooms, in any case the whole concept goes in the right direction. Parking is available either in the underground garages or in the outdoor area (private). There is day and night watch. Most apartments have a view of the sea, in a straight line it is less than 100 meters. Everything worked out for my family and I, the distance to Tangier (40 minutes) and Fnideq (30 minutes) is perfect for excursions and town changes. Price-performance : Very good

The accommodation was very quiet and pleasant, with neat decoration and nice proximity to the city. The pool is a real plus, offering beautiful sea views — a real moment of relaxation. Only small downside: the curtains of the living room were not opaque, which can be a little embarrassing for veiled women looking for privacy. Apart from that, everything was perfect! We'll be back ☺️

Great stay at this apartment! The place is clean, well equipped and conveniently located. The decor is modern and warm, making it very pleasant to live in. Host is responsive and thoughtful, making the experience even more fluid. I highly recommend and will not hesitate to return the next time I visit the area!

We had a great time. The second host Said was particularly cordial and helpful, with an impeccable and warm welcome. The apartment was clean and tidy, very well placed compared to the beach and downtown. An experience to relive.

Abdelahs house is located on a mountain where on one side you are looking at the mountains and the other side you are looking at the Mediterranean Sea. The stay was very relaxing and I highly recommend this place if you want to get away from the city life and stay close to nature where you can hear roosters croaking in the morning, easy to get to trails for walking on the mountains, pollution free environment and strong and pleasant mountain breeze To top it all the house is an orchid where Abdelah has many fruit/vegetable plants like grapes, figs, apples and a nice canopy in the middle of it to sit down under the shade and enjoy the view I found Abdelah very friendly and responsive who goes out of his way to make you comfortable. He speaks good English and loves collecting antiques. I saw a record player that actually worked and listened to a lovely song while sipping on the mint tea that Abdelah prepared for me II highly recommend this place if you need a break from city life 👍

very nice accommodation, a large living room. A beautiful balcony with pleasant garden furniture overlooking the pool allows you to put the world to rights in the evenings with friends or family. Rachida is great, she left earlier than planned for personal reasons and accepted the change. I thank her again

I had a lovely stay with my family at Anas, the really great owner, the apartment very well equipped, well secured and well supervised, it is located at the entrance of Tangier near the national road that connects the city of Tangier with the city of Tetouan, Parking available for free in front the residence. We had a wonderful stay at Najma’s place. The apartment is exactly like the description, near to the beach and had a great view from the balcony. We booked last minute and Najma was really quickly responsive and had adapt to the situation very well so I’m really grateful for that. We will definitely go back and stay there cause he had a blast.

From booking to departure, Aziz was so helpful and kind. Quick to respond and always offered a little extra. The apartment was huge with a stunning balcony, everything as advertised. We even made use of the pool. The location is quiet but easy to find if you follow the instructions and get to know the friendly security guards. I will be back but I am sure I'll have to book early!

Very quiet and clean apartment. The pool is a great plus. Driss is very helpful and very welcoming. The place is ideal and beautiful for a small family looking for calm and the sea a few minutes walk away. We bought fresh little vegetables from the field next to the residence. A true haven of peace away from the cities around that are overcrowded during the summer. Do it again!

We were visiting for one night , but this residence is beautiful close to the city center. clean space
