In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Large terrace with lounge group and barbecue.

Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

Close to Forsmark! You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. We hire out our brewhouse on our farm. In the brewhouse there are two double beds (one consists of two single beds) and a daybed. Those who rent bring their own bed linen/bath towels (possibility to rent this is available) Perfect for those who live in a different city and need a home during the work period, or just want to get closer to nature. Hållnäs coast is only a few kilometers away! Departure cleaning is done by the person renting.

The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

Here at Solgården, we offer this nice 30 sqm brewery with sleeping loft with 3 beds and sofa bed in the living room. But with a glassed-in patio and a porch, the space will be twice as large. The small cottage has two comfortable beds. Well-equipped kitchen, toilet and shower. The location is fantastic with sea views and access to a jetty to enjoy swimming and sun, or to borrow our two canoes or two single kayaks for a trip out into the bay. Enjoy a good dinner, grill and watch the sun go down.

There are two large terraces - the upper one is under the open sky and the lower has roof over in case it rains. Superb kitchen with everything you need. There are two parking spaces if you drive here as well as municipal bus that stops 500 meters from the property.

There is also a toilet with a combined washer and dryer. Bedroom in the basement, one flight down, with shower and sauna and with exit to large balcony with proximity to the river. Close to bus stop with good transportation. Gävle city center is a 40-minute walk through a nice park area along the river.

This cottage offers a peaceful and natural accommodation by a spring lake with fresh water, which is well-suited for washing and hygiene. The cottage is of a simpler standard and lacks high voltage electricity and a hot shower. The power supply is via a 12-volt system, which is sufficient for simpler lighting. However, the capacity is limited. There is a possibility to charge mobile phones via sockets, as well as access to TV with DVD.
