You will have access to all the common parts of the building, including a very traditional courtyard "pátio" and a small balcony that provides you with amazing views of Lisboa and the Tagus river. You have to take into account that access is not indicated for people with difficulties in climbing stairs, as you will have to climb a lot to reach the apartment, which can be uncomfortable. There is no parking nearby, avoid booking the apartment if you have rented a car, pedestrian access only, which makes the neighborhood calm.
