le très beau logement que propose Manoa et parfait pour un long séjour comme un court séjour car il est calme et très très bien situé, la vue est splendide. La communication avec lui a été parfaite il s'engage pour que tout se passe au mieux de plus le rapport qualité prix est vraiment attractif. pour résumer : aucune hésitation !

Le logement de Chris a répondu grandement à nos attentes. Propriétaire occupant l'étage de la maison, très délicat et discret, nous laissant l'usage de l'espace avec piscine en privé. Logement très spacieux et agréable, donnant sur la piscine et vue sur l'océan. Une vue à couper le souffle et imprenable sur Morea, cet emplacement est simplement exceptionnel. La chienne nous a adoptés de suite, elle est adorable, présente mais pas gênante. Nous recommandons sans réserve la maison de Chris et sa compagne.

La villa est attipyque, magnifique, avec une superbe déco. La cuisine, j'ai juste adoré. Je m'y suis tout de suite sentie à l'aise. Elle est proche de toutes les commodités. Les hôtes sont très réactives. J'ai 1 seul regret : ne pas être restée plus longtemps pour en profiter pleinement. Alors je reviendrais 🤗 Ananeï 🌺

We loved our quick stay here. We needed a night before we caught our flight to Bora Bora in the morning. We couldn’t get one of the rooms cooled off, but it wasn’t a big deal two of the rooms get very cold. Everything was clean. It was a nice peaceful arrival and Tania was so responsive. They got back to us so fast and helped with things that weren’t their responsibility. We appreciate our stay and really enjoyed it.

Merci à l'hôte , malgré la pluie durant notre séjour d'une semaine , cela n'a pas gaché le cadre et de passer de beaux moments dans la villa, ou tout y est réuni pour se sentir bien .

Die Unterkunft befindet sich unmittelbar am Strand. Man hat einen eigenen Zugang und eine erhöhte Terrasse mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den Strand und das Meer. Wie beschrieben, ist die Unterkunft sehr offen gestaltet. Das muss man mögen. Gerade nachts ist dadurch alles sehr hellhörig. Wichtig zu betonen, dass die Mücken nicht so schlimm sind, wie vermutet, obwohl ich sonst immer starke Probleme habe. Der Mückenschutz über dem Bett ist dennoch sehr hilfreich. Unutea ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir wurden nett empfangen und sie hat uns direkt angeboten, uns zum naheliegenden Supermarkt zu fahren. Ihr liegt das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen.

I loved my stay here! Very comfortable and relaxing. I was the only one staying so I had the large back patio and kitchen to myself. Natalie and her family were very helpful with anything I needed. I didn’t have a car and the walk up and down the hill is quite challenging but with good shoes, it was fine and I got used to it as part of my day. Close to many shops and bus lines.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Kimivai. Le logement était conforme à l’annonce, très propre, bien situé, très confortable et parfaitement équipé. Un grand merci pour votre accueil. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. C’est une adresse que je garde précieusement et que je recommande chaleureusement.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour, bien que court, chez Harald et sa petite famille. Nous avons trouvé un logement très propre, avec le linge de maison à disposition (nous étions 4), et très bien équipé. Harald et sa femme nous ont communiqué préalablement toutes les informations nécessaires à notre arrivée. Enfin, le logement est très bien situé, à 5 mins à pied du supermarché et de la promenade en bord de mer, à 10 mins du centre ville et toutes commodités. C’était génial! Nous reviendrons et recommandons! ❤️

J'ai beaucoup apprécié ce logement, calme, décoré avec goût et très bien agencé. La proximité du centre-ville est un atout incontestable. Le quartier de la mission (archevêché) est charmant. Je remercie Angélique pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et sa prévenance.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! If I could give more stars, I would do so gladly. Three of us stayed here for six nights and we loved every minute. We were especially thrilled by the breathtaking view of Papeete’s harbor and distant Mo’orea. We spent countless hours on the terrace watching dramatic sunrises and sunsets. The apartment is beautifully appointed and is equipped with modern appliances. Diane was a gracious host. She was always available to answer questions and give us recommendations. She made us feel right at home. I cannot thank her enough for her personal attention. If you decide to stay here (and you should!), I recommend you rent a car or have the phone numbers of a couple of taxi drivers. The apartment is near the top of a steep hill. We walked it several times for exercise and were pretty winded by the time we reached home. I hope to return to Tahiti in 2026 or 2027 with my wife. We will certainly stay here. If you stay here, you will leave with a lifetime memory!

We checked in around 4am due to odd flight arrival time. Because of Martine's information pack I was able to get ready with the how-to of getting into the apartment. The apartment was clean and walkable to any parts of the Papeete CBD. We had a comfortable stay. Thank you!

I am grateful for this apartment stay I enjoyed after traveling a long day. Easy access from airport, beautiful view and safe, clean modern space were highlights. I had a nice walk to the ocean shore where there were cultural activities and local food. I highly recommend this place! Mau’ru’uru!

Merveilleux logement digne d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. L'accueil est amical et parfait. Une belle cuisine équipée permet d'être autonome pour cuisiner. Très grande salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne. Belle chambre avec ventilation centrale silencieuse. Dressing pour tout ranger. Balcon avec table, chaises et fauteuils permettant de voir le coucher de soleil sur Moorea. Une magnifique piscine et à disposition pour les 4 logements B&B et propriétaire. Très beau jardin. Parking privé avec beaucoup de place. Endroit calme et paisible. Beaucoup de goût pour la décoration du logement. Wifi gratuit et rapide. Rapport qualité prix exceptionnel. J'y reviendrai sans hésitation. Merci aux propriétaires pour ce beau séjour.

Bonjour Ce logement est très bien situé, nous avions une belle vue sur le lagon et Moorea. Nous étions à proximité d’une épicerie et point de restauration. Je recommande 😉.

Le logement est neuf et très bien agencé. Il est agréable de se sentir au calme. Petit point positif que j’apprécie vraiment c’est le fait que l’isolation thermique est très bien faite. Du coup on peut laisser la climatisation tourner une heure et la fraîcheur reste longtemps, très longtemps. Un plaisir pour le silence et le confort. Merci.

Avec ma femme, nous apprécions beaucoup cet appartement qui est très bien situé, bien rangé, paisible, sécurisé, spacieux et surtout très chaleureux, vraiment. Il n’est pas loin de toutes commodités. C’était notre deuxième séjour et c’est toujours un plaisir d’y rester pour s’y reposer. Les hôtes sont disponibles et très réactifs, ce qui est vraiment très appréciable.

It's very clean and modern. The view and pool are highlights. It's in a gated community up on a hill, so it's quiet with no street noise. We had our two year old son with us and he loved the pool and the balcony.

Just got home from 4 days here and we had a wonderful time. The location is great. Close to the airport and great beaches. The view from the balcony is worth it!! More than enough space for the two of us. We appreciated the beach access, ocean view, close location to a couple restaurants and a grocery store. The unit felt safe and quiet. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking.

The Residence Mititai condo is a great spot to spend your vacation and an excellent value. Its hillside location provides great views of the ocean and tree-filled valley during the day, and starlit sky at night that showcases the Cygnus constellation. The condo is sufficient for two adults, with air conditioning in the bedroom and a comfortable bed. There is an assigned parking spot for the unit as well. Some tweaks to the accommodation would enhance the overall experience by providing improved internet connectivity along with extra supplies, such as additional bed pillows, linens, blankets, towels, and paper products. The condo is conveniently located near the airport, the shopping district, and ferry terminal. This is a great option to consider for your visit to Tahiti.

I just came off a two-week trip on a catamaran and this was the perfect place to spend my last 2 Days in tahiti. the roof pool was perfect for sunrises and sunsets. I found the house extremely comfortable

Nice apartment . secured car parking. spot. Apartment is clean and modern... if you are a light sleeper then at night and early morning surroundings can get bit noisy as apartment is just off the main traffic road . Host is very responsive and helpful with any questions.
