What you'll do

Explore London's iconic sights & hidden gems by bicycle.

Experience the freedom of exploring London by bike, just like a local, and get an exciting introduction to the best of London's landmarks and culture.

We'll provide you with a gorgeous, hand-built British bicycle and a tweed flat cap (caps optional, helmets also available) and we'll set off on an adventure around London’s iconic sights and lesser-known hidden gems.

Following back streets and dedicated bike lanes, you'll ride from Big Ben past Westminster Abbey and up to Buckingham Palace, the home of the Queen, where we'll see the Royal Guards in their dapper uniforms. You'll coast along (London is very flat!) at an easy-going pace, stopping regularly to hear fun facts and some quirky historical tales. Of course, there's time to take some fabulous photos too!

Along the way, we'll break to enjoy a refreshing pint of seasonal beer at a cosy historic pub where you can get to know your fellow travellers. You'll even get to try your hand at street art in Banksy's graffiti tunnel (and we provide spray paint!).

We've designed this route to give you the best introduction to central London in a short space of time. It's a great balance between 'not to miss' sights and local gems. Start your trip with us and you won't be disappointed! Tally ho!

Hi, I am Jack, the founder of Tally Ho Experiences. My friends and I have been guiding bike rides around London for over 9 years on beautiful, hand-made, vintage British bicycles (no daft city bikes here!). We've been featured as expert urban explorers by British Airways, Lonely Planet, and The Guardian, just to name a few. Cycling in London is easy-going and a brilliant way to connect the dots between each fascinating location. Bikes give you the freedom to explore London with the wind in your hair and get to places many people will never see. We are also big beer fans and love introducing people to our favourite local pubs on each of our adventures.

What a wonderful and unique experience! We went out with James and he was a great host. Great way to see and hear about the unusual history of London. Great value for money compared to other tours.

Mick was my host for the day and it was tons of fun! I didn't know much about London going in, but left with a bunch of fun facts that I wouldn't have known without it. Biking allowed us to cover lots of ground and most of the route was simple (a slight hill at one point through the trip!). Mick made following directions simple to follow, so I didn't feel lost trying to figure out which side of the street we were allowed on. This trip also gave me a good idea on what I wanted to explore more throughout my trip in London. Favorite part was leaving my mark in the Banksy tunnel! SO FUN! I would definitely recommend this trip!
