What you'll do

We strive to integrate the natural wisdom of the llama with the cultural heritage of this intelligent creature by relating knowledge of the Andean cosmology and the Andean spiritual path. Here you will have the opportunity to meet, greet, interact with and communicate with our specially trained llama friends.

This Experience is about llamas for wellness and educational proposes. We do believe in llamas as healers and messengers of Mother Nature (Pachamama). We want you to experience their medicine and help us on their training too.

Safety is always top priority for guests and the llamas, so our program will be different on a winter day after a rainy week than it will be on a hot August afternoon.

Please wear comfortable shoes and country clothing. We will put you into situations where you will be able to understand who these llamas are, personally discovering the different personalities that make up our herd.

I have been raising, caring for, training and taking llamas into public situations since 1983. I am most honored to receive the Murray Fowler Award, the International Llama Association's PushMePullYou Award and the Llama Association of North America's Lifetime Achievement Award.

Together, Geo and Fred are working to train llamas to work with people in wellness. From January through May of 2019 alone, we have taken the llamas to UC Berkeley, UCSF, Stanford University, UC Davis, Mission College, five Bay Area high schools, two Suicide Prevention activities and the Lindsay Wildlife Experience in Walnut Creek.

We specialize in teaching bright young llamas the ways of people so they may learn how to best communicate.

My family including our 7 year old daughter and 12 year old son had a great time visiting Geo and his llamas. Geo let the kids do a variety of activities including feeding, brushing, and walking the llamas. We got to see their different personalities and learn how he trains them. Highly recommended.

This experience is free-flowing and Geo will share information about his llamas and will allow whatever interaction you ask for. From the moment we got out of the car, he learned our names and was very friendly. We were in the pen with the llamas the whole time. We fed them, brushed them, petted them, and Geo took a family picture with us and them. Geo's passion for these gentle creatures and their healing capabilities is very evident. The price was higher then expected, but it clearly helps him fund taking his llamas into the community and I was pleased that our family of 4 supported a bit of that. We definitely got our value for this unique excursion.

My boyfriend and I wanted to do something special for Valentine’s Day weekend and we thought hanging out with some llamas would be just the thing. We didn’t know just how much we were going to love it! Geo has a beautiful connection with his llamas, introducing them all by name and explaining their healing effects on both his and others lives. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone! You will never forget it.
