About your host

Our breath is a great medicine to relieve stress, to relax completely and to feel more energized. It is an ideal way to relax completely. I have a Master in psychology, I am certified in family constellations and connected breathing. You are very welcome to experience the power of your own breath. Private sessions especially for women in a intimate environment.

What we’ll do

After a day full of activities it is nice to relax completely. You can do this by joining a connected breathing session. You learn how to use your breath as a medicine for more vitality. You will be guided to connect with your body and go within. You only need to focus on your breathing.

What else you should know

Just bring yourself and wear comforting clothes like yoga wear. The group will be small and you fully connect with yourself.

You will be in my house in beautiful Scheveningen ' Very close to the beach'. So you can combine the experience with a walk on the beach.

Up to 6 guests ages 16 and up can attend. There is a dog in the house. Her name is Gina. She is very quiet.
