Where you'll be

We visit the Grand Canyon Village, several overlooks along the South Rim, including a special one very few know about outside the National Park on Native American Land. Please don't travel all the way to Arizona to just look at the Grand Grand and leave like so many tourists do! Let us help you have an experience of a lifetime you'll never forget!

This was our first time to the Grand Canyon, and we wouldn’t have wanted to see it any other way! Stephen was an incredible host. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the land, history and shared beautiful outlooks of the canyon. It was such a breeze meeting up with him in the morning and driving from Sedona to the canyon. Our personal favorite part of the tour was the flute playing at the end with the beautiful view. It was a pleasure to share this experience with him and we would 10/10 recommend you book with Stephen!

Stephen was a great guide. We enjoyed our time with him. He answered all of our questions and even customized the end of our trip a bit to meet our needs. We look forward to spending time with him next time we are in the area.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience, Melody and Stephen were very friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions about Grand Canyon and Sedona. We got to spend a day with them and I'm very happy we had the opportunity. The whole trip was efficiently prepared and we were able to see the Canyon from 4-5 spots and get lunch at El Tovar which was really good, and also experienced Stephen's nice flute playing. We learned about life in Sedona and Stephen's interesting ranger experience. It was amazing to get to see such a beautiful place with local insight.

Melody and Stephen were excellent! Stephen expertly navigated a snowstorm to allow us to see the Grand Canyon covered in snow. It was a once in a lifetime experience.

It’s hard to put into words how incredible Melody and Stephen were as hosts. My boyfriend and I spent December 28 on the Grand Canyon Private Tour. Stephen picked us up from our home in Cottonwood (which was very convenient as we didn’t have a car) and we drove across beautiful snow desert scenery towards the canyon. We stopped at the Flagstaff Wholefoods on the way to refuel. Stephen’s extensive knowledge as a Forest Ranger was perfect for the journey, as we learned so much more about the area, things that we would’ve never thought to ask. The first spectacular view we had of the Canyon was on Desert View Drive. Another thing I would like to point out is that this tour is perfect for travelers like us who want something adventurous and different. I felt sorry for all the tourist buses and jeeps around us because that is such a bland way to experience such a sacred land. We had a delicious meal at the Cocktail lounge in the El Tovar restaurant and soaked in more views around the area. Stephen really knows his stuff and he gave us awesome recommendations on other things we can do during the remainder of our trip, like hiking spots in Sedona, etc. Another bonus is that Stephen and Melody are both excellent photographers and took insane photos of us throughout! Overall, this is a great way to see the Canyon from a relaxed and different perspective. This experience was one of a kind and you’re not going to find another like it.
