I could cook when I was 5, wash clothes when I was 6, and do everything when I was 10. I have been fond of food and life since I was a child. I can cook well. I can cook cantonese cuisine and southeast Asian cuisine. Becoming a vegetarian makes you less likely to eat food with too many additives because it is harmful to your health. I like to eat pasta. After living in xi 'an, I find that there are abundant products here. The dumpling is one of the most popular food in the northern part of China, due to its Yuanbao like shape, it represents reunion joys and fortunes.(Yunbao is one of the currencies used in ancient China.)Locals make dumplings in daily life, but also in special occasions, such as friends and family reunion.Making dumplings is a collaborative activity, as it will involve all the participants, from dough making to preparing the fills, or to finally cook and serve.Today we will make our very own dumplings with Sally and taste not only the food, but also experience the northern side food culture. in order to make the best use of the day, we will also invite you to try a soup from the southern China ⚫︎We will cook a seasonal special soup which is suitable for the season and good for the health, according to the Southern food philosophy. ⚫︎As it will takes roughly2-3 hours' slow-cooking , we will set up the pot with all ingredients in first. And whilst await the soup cooking, we can prepare the dumplings. ⚫︎When the dumplings are ready to serve, it will be the prefect timing for the soup. ⚫︎by then, we would have the seasonal special soup along with the dumplings, and taste the food from both sides, northern and southern part of China. feel connected and blend-in with Locals, which is One of the reasons for me to organize this event for visitors. ⚫︎Firstly I would like to utilize my own place to connect visitors from all around the world, so that you will meet each other, communicate with peer travelers, and then feel connected. ⚫︎furthermore I wish visitors can blended in with locals. Eat and live like a local so that and you will know more about the city and China. ⚫︎And through food, I think, is one of the best and tasty ways to get there. ⚫︎By preparing a simple but savory food, you can not only get a close glance into the local food culture, but also you can cook at home country and share the experience with others. In our food philosophy the best pharmacy is your kitchen. ⚫︎ As you need to eat healthy food and then become healthy. ⚫︎the healthy food need to be carefully prepared and requires patience, therefore let's get ready for the food culture journey
