I am born and raised on our family dairy farm above Port Quin where we also have a commercial fishing business. I have a BSc in Food Science & Nutrition and A Masters Degree in Environmental Health. I have been a cook for many years, running my own catering business and worked in professional kitchens. I am in the process of building a new tea room and seafood restaurant which should be completed end of June 2018.
I also love growing my own fruit, veg and flowers. I am always cooking and baking for my B&B & tea garden.

We had the most fantastic time with Zoe and her mother. She taught us a range of ways to cook and eat seafood and fish, but more than that we were welcomed into the home, and had the opportunity to find out all about the Cornish life! The crab and lobster were fresh caught by her father. We were also late after getting lost in a field and they were so understanding! 5 stars!
