What you'll do

Connect to your true self - Be Radiant. Be Fit. Be Free

Day retreat for 12 hours (yes you heard correct a whole 12 hours of deep healing) if you wish, from 9am to 9pm!

Including yoga session, drumming, sound healing, cooking class, group meditation, bush walking, cacao ceremony, spa/sauna, organic lunch and dinner + use of all facilities. And unlimited hot drinks and filtered water all day.

Hatha Yoga & Meditation Workshop
Get your body moving, shake the stress away, dance like no body’s watching to live drumming. In this yoga class, be welcomed with exercises to release and create the space required to manifest new things into your life. The dynamic workshop will leave you feeling energised for the rest of the day by working your whole body through uplifting yoga sequences and poses, breathing techniques, relaxation, meditation and the use of mantras and mudras.

Alexis has been on the international teaching circuit since 2014. She has presented workshops and retreats at Ubud Yoga Centre Bali, KM Yoga Sydney, Enghelab Olympic Complex Iran, Anahata Yogshala Mumbai, Beating Heart Yoga Thailand, Yoga 42 degrees Jakarta and one of the top twenty retreats in Sri Lanka – Sen Wellness, among many other notable organizations.

Alexis is a certified Kundalini, Hatha Yoga and meditation teacher. She is also a practitioner in Kinesiology, Mind Detox therapy, NLP and trained in Reiki, Fitness and PT.

Where you'll be

You will be enjoying the retreat within The Sanctuary, a homely, bright, relaxing three levelled property and garden backing onto the bushland. Experience an authentic taste of Australian living, nestled in the quiet hillside of a lush valley ravine and surrounded by the Woronora and camp Wanawong valley. It is located approximately 50 minutes southwest of Sydney.

Cancellation policy

Any experience can be canceled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.

Guest requirements

Up to 10 guests ages 18 and up can attend.

More tips

If driving, please park either in our two drive ways, or on Fifth or Eighth Ave 100-200 mtrs away so as not to disturb neighbours :)
