What we’ll do

The class is dynamic vinyasa flow that is energizing enough to get some sweat-on, accompanied by a varied, fun and inspiring playlist. The class is suitable for those new to yoga and long time practitioners alike. We will also take time to de-stress and renew to help you make the most of your stay in Buenos Aires.

This experience involves physical exercise, so participants should be able to safely perform physical activity. Please inform me of any injuries before we begin class. *Monday class is only 1 hour.

Where we'll be

A small, bright yoga studio with a “typical” Buenos Aires building backdrop, conveniently located in the Palermo neighborhood. It’s a space that inspires calm within the busy city, where we can explore and play on the mat.
