The house is very quiet and bigger than imagined

The space is excellent, very cozy and sheltered, even though it is in a place with houses around it, it is very private and with total privacy. The house has more than enough space and conditions for 4/5 people, everything tidy and very clean. The pool is small, but enough to cool off from the Alentejo heat. As for Carlos, he was an excellent host, always available for any and all questions, always with clear and concise information. The check-in process was super simple, and the instructions were always clear. I plan to return, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and quiet place.

Great stay at Luis's place, everything was perfect. The house is absolutely charming, typical and located in the beautiful little village of the potters Sao Pedro Do Corval. Delicate attention from Luis upon arrival. I recommend it 100%.

Had a lovely few days here. The home is super clean and very well equipped. Lots of fascinating photos and things in the house that tell of its history...its actually much nicer than the photos Located on the main square of a small Alentejo village, it is quiet and peaceful. The church bells mentioned by other posters didnt bother us at all. We were welcomed with a basket of gorgeous fresh eggs, tomatoes and peppers. Excellent home for a retreat with friends. Quiet and secluded location. The house is equipped with everything and more. Sónia was always very helpful with information, and always helped regardless of the time. Very flexible check-in. I highly recommend it if you want a place to rest.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Monte da Courela. The space is very nice and has many amenities: kitchen spices, toys for children, books, 2 televisions. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed: we asked for a crib and in addition to the crib, we had a baby bath towel. In addition, each room had a bathroom, which, for a large group with children, translated into a very comfortable stay. A special thanks to Carla, she was always available for any questions. We'll be back!

Amazing place and responsive host

A lovely, country setting surrounded by farms with horses and other animals too.

The farm is a very pleasant space, great for resting in the countryside. The house is equipped with everything you need. The outdoor space is excellent, with a wide variety of activities available for children and adults. The hostess, always friendly and available, gave us all the support and useful information. It was only 4 days but we would like to repeat.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The house was spacious, private, and comfortable—perfect for both sunny and rainy days. It had a cozy atmosphere and offered everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time together. The kitchen was well equipped, though we did miss a few basics like kitchen towels, chopping boards, and some cleaning utensils. A few of us also found the bed mattresses and pillows less comfortable than expected. That said, everything else was great, and we’d definitely consider staying here again!

We had a 1 night stay in Evora and Joaquim’s place was perfect to easily explore this beautiful city. His apartment has a compact living area with a very large main bedroom and a second bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds making it very versatile. The place was very clean and well equipped. Joaquim was very responsive and having keyless entry made it very flexible for arrival and departure. We would recommend this great apartment to anyone visiting Evora.

Silvio's apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, cozy and very organized, as well as very clean. It has everything you need, including a washing machine and hair dryer and iron, which were very important during our stay. We were in a rental car, so the garage was essential, and the drive time to the historic center of Évora is just over 5 minutes. In addition, there is a shopping center, a 2-minute drive away, where there is a great supermarket and shops. So the location is great too. Host Silvio helped us a lot during the stay, including giving tips that only a local could give and was always available, responding promptly. For all these features, I strongly recommend this apartment and would trust it again if I return to Évora.

The little house is lovely - warm and homely. It is well furnished with a good hot shower and good water pressure. The beds are comfortable and there are lots of extra blankets (we came in the cold season). Parking is right outside the door and the back garden has a covered area as well as a direct sun area- chairs table and sun beds. There is a small laundry, lines and pegs. We would thoroughly recommend.

Traditional Portuguese home in beautiful surroundings - we were blown away with the views and loved being surrounded by cork forests and on a working farm. We went swimming every day despite the bad weather as the pool views were magnificent. The house is beautiful and very spacious, but more rustic than in the photos. Our elderly parents missed some of their creature comforts like comfy beds, fast flowing showers and a modern kitchen. The owner Paul was very helpful and willing to help us with anything we needed.

Perfect location for this cozy hideaway tucked in a beautiful courtyard. We were able to walk everywhere in town. I highly recommend.

Beautiful location in a typical alley, the accommodation is full of charm. Just a shame to feel like just another tourist in terms of communication.
