The master bedroom is a true haven, featuring a dressing room for anyone who needs a bit of extra space. Our home was previously a church, built in 1943, that has been lovingly transformed into a residence. With its rich history and unique character, our property is one-of-a-kind. Cajun Acres Log Cabin

Our cozy cabin sits in the heart of Cajun country, about 30 minutes outside of Lafayette. It's a great place to spend time relaxing in the quiet serenity of South Louisiana, or enjoy spending a night or more traveling through, it is located just 8 miles north of Interstate 10. We do not allow pets. The Cabin is all wood inside and has the great cabin smell the minute you open the door. It was built in 2014 by Amish builders in Pennsylvania and transported down by a truck.

We have an extensive list of recommendations for food, fun, sights and sounds. Our home is well equipped for long term stays while on business. recently remodeled with new appliances.

Slow down and be transported to another time and place in this 1834 creole cottage along Bayou Teche. The huge live oaks with their draped Spanish moss surround the home. The home features a huge back porch overlooking the bayou to do some birdwatching. The center hall allows for a nice breeze. There’s a queen bed and claw foot tub downstairs, two full beds and bathroom upstairs.
