The place felt like home from the moment I arrived. The check-in was one of the smoothest I’ve experienced, thanks to the great host—friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. The apartment is in a great area, well worth the price, and close to a variety of restaurants and cafes. Most major attractions in Baghdad were just around 15 minutes away, which made getting around super convenient. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Baghdad. The host is an open-minded Iraqi with rich travel experience, which reflects in the thoughtful way the place is managed. Don’t overthink it—if you’re wondering where to stay in Baghdad, this is the one.

A lovely and cozy place! Gashaw was incredibly communicative and professional, providing all the support and assistance we needed. The flat is spacious and well-equipped with everything you might need, including two bathrooms and a fast elevator. I highly recommend staying here for a wonderful Erbil experience — and don't miss the chance to explore the stunning beauty of Kurdistan!

We chose this place to stay on a trip to Mardin with 6 female friends. It's a good thing we did that, we feel like we have a home in the old Mardin. It is a safe, calm place very close to everything you will visit in terms of location. The mansion had everything we might need. Mr. Selahaddin and Mr. Mehmet Emin were really interested and helped us with everything. I recommend it to everyone with peace of mind.

Ali’s apartment is spacious and beautiful with a peaceful view on the lake. He was super responsive, friendly and helpful before and during our stay. The kitchen, living room, bathrooms and bedrooms accommodated a group of 9 and we all left the place rested and happy. Supermarkets are within 150 m from the apartment and the hike/run to the lake, approx 3 km, is a great easy daily exercise. Thank you, Ali, for all your support.

We would like to thank Mr. Mehmet Emin for his warm hospitality and excellent welcome. The mansion is just 5 minutes away from all the historic sites and the city center, making it a perfect location. The house was spotless, with fresh sheets and pillowcases, and it truly felt like our own home. Highly recommended!

I've never had such a flawless stay in my life. I'm constantly traveling for work, but Mr. Ali's house was something else. It was immaculately clean, there was everything that should be in a house, the bedroom, the bed linen smelled immaculately, some comments said that it smelled of cigarettes, but there was nothing about the smell of cigarettes in the house. The location is great for tourists, it is located in the entire old wall, Dağkapı and the newly built Yenikapı region. Nearby is a taxi rank, minibus stop to all parts of the city. Don't have a question mark on the mind of female guests who will be staying alone, there is a police station right nearby in a reliable area. Mr. Ali himself is a very Diyarbakır person, incredibly helpful, understanding and available at any hour. Thanks to me for my own private work, it was very, very helpful. Love and respect to him from here. You can book without a question mark. I will definitely come again.

A quiet, clean place with friendly hospitality.

Hasan was a great host who was helpful with advice about Erbil and how to get around. He also helped with my arrival which was very welcome. The apartment was exactly what I wanted and was a perfect base from which to explore the city. Hasan's hospitality was what made the trip, and I would recommend his properties to others without hesitation.
