Situated in a peaceful, centrally located area of Roxburgh you can sit back and relax in the english garden, enjoy the recently renovated lounge with wifi (Fiber) and smart T.V. or read a book in the sunroom with french doors leading out to the court yard and fig tree. Featuring three bedrooms, lounge, new kitchen, dining room, sun room and bathroom/laundry with seperate toilet. Just a short walk into the Roxburgh township.

The cottage is well positioned for enjoying the many outdoor activities, sight seeing and exploring Otago valley.

After cycling & exploring this wonderful region, take a swim in the shallows of the Clutha River (access at the bottom of our site) or relax in the sun on your own balcony.
