This is a thoughtfully organized and stocked apartment in an adorable neighborhood, walkable to all of the Rockport sights and easy to find. I appreciated the adjustable desk, the amazingly easy to use tv, the Nespresso and the laundry. There were a lot of nice aesthetic details, too: real books, a lovely courtyard, pretty upholstery. Highly recommend.

This was my first time using airbnb, Charley made it a breeze. The space was great and organized well, very impressed by his use of the space and amenities his place offered. It was close enough to everything we needed , very walkable and being close to the water was an added bonus. Our daughters enjoyed going down during low tide and looking at the little crabs. His instructions were very clear, and great communication, check in and check out was simple. It had everything we needed and was nice to come back to after a long day of site seeing. Everything exceeded my expectations, I highly recommend staying here.

The house was even better than pictures. Very quiet and private neighborhood, next to the road but it doesn’t seem to be busy or noisy. Very clean. A lot of space. Walking distance to playground since we had kids with us. 20 minutes to Harvard where we took a walk at Harvard Square, 20 minutes to Downtown to see the most famous sightseeing , 30 minutes to the Beach ( we went to Rivera beach) which is nice and clean but water was cold. Parking can accommodate easy 3 cars. Nice patio, or you can take a seat outside ( table and chairs provided). Absolutely lovely place

Fabulous time had. This is our second time staying and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Great location right on beach and walkable to restaurants on the island .

i loved this place so much, the photos do not do the place justice. I had a great time, the place was so relaxing and i felt right at home. Peabody is such a nice place and there are so many stores right near by, even walkable. The best part of the place is the outdoor patio which have seats and such a nice view. i love how much light the place got during the day and during the sunsets. the place was super clean and nicely decorated. Demetri was such a great host and was so helpful, friendly and responsive! Thank you for a great stay!

Thank you so much to Maureen for sharing her stunning space with us! We had never spent time on the MA coast, and we feel so incredibly lucky that this was our first experience. You cannot find a more beautiful view, more perfect location (everything is not just walkable, but a stone’s throw), or a more welcoming host in this area. I firmly believe that. The space was spotless. We had the windows open the whole weekend to enjoy the sea breeze and sounds. We did not move our rental car from the time we arrived until the time we left. Rockport is this idyllic town and the Dream House just added to the whole experience. It has everything you could need. HIGHLY recommend! (Be sure to ask about the donut sundae at Brothers and don’t miss the Hideaway for an outdoor cocktail overlooking the water) Thank you!!!!

We stayed in this apartment for two days while visiting Exeter school graduation. The house was even better than in the photos: very comfortable and cozy. The area is peaceful and beautiful, perfect for a relaxing stay. The host, Samuel, was always in touch, very kind, and allowed us to check in early and check out later, which we really appreciated. We highly recommend this place - a truly wonderful experience!

This place was absolutely lovely. All weekend my guests and I would find ourselves commenting on how clean, cozy, and cute the space was, and how responsive Shirley was in helping us navigate check in/out. Would absolutely stay here again!

It was clean and recently renovated. We were able to use public transportation and not have a car. There is a small playground 2 blocks away if you have kids.

We had a wonderful time in Salem! David’s rental is located within walking to all of the attractions. We didn’t use our car the entire time. The apartment was clean and spacious, and had everything we needed. David is a pleasant host, and a great communicator. I highly recommend his place!

We stayed at Wendy's for a few months while our home was being renovated. The house is spacious, especially the primary upstairs bedroom, and the bed is very firm and comfortable. There is plenty of closet space. The two of us had adequate space for 2 seasons worth of clothes and there was room for both of us to work remotely. The neighborhood is walkable and safe. There are numerous restaurants and a couple of grocery stores in close proximity. Wendy was always responsive and quickly resolved a minor problem with the A/C that arose during our stay. We would definitely stay here again if the need arose.

I would highly recommend this stay to anyone wanting to visit boston. Its central to everything, if you need recommendations they reply quickly. The place looked just like the photos, very clean & spacious. 10/10 stay would definitely stay again.

Just got home from a week in the Sandcastle. It is even better in person. It sits on the rope walk, along the bay. It was fun to walk the dogs, and people watch. The beach is just steps away, and it was fun to pick up shells. Fun for the entire family.

This was an awesome place for my daughter, her family and I to spend time sightseeing Boston while also letting the kids (and ourselves) relax with some beach time. Access to the Boston sights was easy with our rental car, though I think we could have done it well using the “T” which is a 10 minute walk. The house is giant, and the bedrooms on the upper level allowed the grandpa (me) to go to sleep at a reasonable hour while the kids hung on the lower level. The kitchen has all we needed to cook, though there are restaurants a short walk or a drive. One thing that I loved was that the place was spotless clean and NONE of the little things like loose knobs or broken shades. Oh, and a giant washer/dryer made cleaning up after the beach easy. I consider this the best of the AirBnB homes I’ve visited.

My stay at the Marsh-Mellow, hosted by MaryJane, was phenomenal. From check-in to check-out, the process was simple as MaryJane had clear, detailed instructions on how to enter as well as great recommendations on what to do in the area. I have no hesitation when I recommend this space as your next getaway trip. You will not be disappointed!

Serendipity Penthouse was so beautiful and relaxing, so much so that we kept pushing our plans because we didn't want to leave. You can't ask for much more than a view of the water, with the ocean breeze, sunshine and coziness inside the house. Sunrise was my favorite. The bathroom was also poshly designed and fun to get ready in. Thank you for having us!

Spiro was an awesome host. He met me when I arrived, showed me around, and even offered to help me bring stuff in from my car. His home was so clean. I loved the historic photos on the fridge and he had a ton of great books too! The balcony was probably my favorite part with the view of the water. It was also easy to park my car in the street right in front of the home where I could easily see it. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place. It is exactly as shown in pictures and spotlessly clean. Maria was pleasant, responsive and easy to work with. We paid for the parking spot which is right behind the house. I definitely recommend Maria’s places.

Great location, really close to everything we wanted to do, CLEAN! Very cozy and was a perfect spot to drop off bags and purchases so we didn’t have to carry them around. Will definitely stay here again if it’s available the next time I visit.
