Amazing location, even more beautiful than in the pictures. We were lucky to have a clear sky at night to see all the stars. The accommodation is perfectly equipped and very comfortable. There is a beautiful hike nearby to get to the beach. I would have stayed longer to enjoy it more. Really unique place.

The property is located in the heart of Essaouira's old town and yet very quietly in a small side street. The apartment has everything you need - there were only two of us and we thought it was good to have so much space. The kitchenette is quite manageable, but has everything you need. Abdenour asked if we needed shower gel and shampoo and brought it over right away. We liked that the apartment is spread over two floors, but if you are taller than 1.80 m, you could have problems with the ceiling height, as it is not very high. Abdenour was always very friendly and very quick to respond to our inquiries. We'll be back.

the best place to stay in Essaouira for sure i greatly recommend it

We spent 2 weeks at Christine ' place in Essaouira. It is an older place with lots of character. We loved it. Besides a nice little riad, we also could use the rooftop with lawn chairs and another room on it with couches to relax on. We can truly recommend the place.

The place is very cozy and charming. Perfect location. The host is quick to respond. I gave 5 stars in my review, but I want to note the noise coming from the street. The apartment's door is without any soundproofing, and you have the feeling somebody is talking in your room, though they are outside on the street. It can be a problem if somebody sleeps on the ground floor. Of course I was during the Eid, and it can be a different story during regular nights.

Riad top in the medina, authentic city, very good hosting. Great communication with Charline who organized taxi transfers for me. I'll be back without a second thought. Thank you very much Charline. Take care of yourself.

We were warmly welcomed by Fabian and Michel who were extremely available. The accommodation was spotless and full of a charm as warm as the fire that welcomed us. We had a very pleasant stay in this little haven of peace between walks on the beach, evenings with friends and our usual tour of the hanuts of Essaouira. We will be back more than surely and highly recommend!

Florence's place is fantastic. Very stylishly furnished, clean and a beautiful sunny terrace overlooking the sea. Highly recommended. Florence is a reliable and very kind host!

We stay at Dominic's ecolodge at least twice a year as a family. The private cabins are clean, relaxing and cozy. The kitchen and lounge area are great for cooking delicious meals and deep conversations. The night sky is insanely beautiful and I sleep so well hearing the waves off in the distance. My three year old loves the playground, the kids books/toys and Bedobled Mascot dog, Lol, who always gives us a warm welcome. Dominic is extremely friendly, helpful and proactive. I'm always excited to go back. Merci!

Fantastic accommodation, super beautiful location, very friendly staff. Amal does a great job! The food was always very delicious. Cool surf spots are right at your doorstep. Definitely a heart recommendation, we will be back! :-)

An amazing little oasis about 6 km’s from Essaouria. The villa was beautiful and the outside space was perfect for lounging around the pool with lots of shady seating places when it got too hot. The villa also has electric roller blinds that make it very secure but also make for a perfect nights sleep as well. One of the best things about the villa, was Dominique, the host. She sent lots of helpful information ahead of arriving, including pictures of where to find the villa, and then responded instantly to any questions when we were there. Overall brilliant stay, Essaouira is gorgeous with lots of great places to eat and activities. The only must is a car to get around, but couldn’t have asked for a nicer stay.

Excellent property with beautiful surroundings..the design and aesthetics of the home are top notch. Samira and Fadoua were excellent and very attentive to our needs.. Five stars!!

It is a lovely spacious apartment with a fantastic sea view and great furnishing. It was a bit let down by some minor details, such as door handles and curtain rails, and needing a bit of love.

Latifa responded so well to our requests - especially on transfer from Agadir and to Marrakesh. Siad met us as planned and could not have been more genial. His wife Raja made us a wonderful tagine with salad and fresh bread which was so appreciated the night we arrived ( at midnight). The property is lovely. There is a tiny issue with the ground floor bathroom with smell but there are 5 other bathrooms!!! The terrace is a wonderful place to watch the sun rise. The kitchen just below the terrace is a fantastic idea. As is the bathroom and shaded seated area on that floor.

We spent some nights in Tafedna and would recommend everyone to do it (even if you don’t surf)! This little village really offers so beautiful and untouched landscapes around - we did a hike in each direction and were absolutely stunned. Is became really rare that you can walk on the seaside for so long without huge hotels. As we were there directly after Ramadan not a lot was open and the village was even more quiet a usually (I assume) but exactly that was what we really appreciated and with that spectacular view from the terrace you anyway want to eat there. The apartment is well equipped and the communication with Jamal and Fenja was very good - we enjoyed our stay a lot!

perfect location to visit Essaouira and its medina

Sébastien's riad is an extraordinary place, both for its perfect location in the medina of Essaouira, and for the beauty of the interior design and terraces. The riad is beautiful, both elegant and peaceful, very conducive to rejuvenation. The bedding is perfect, the silence at night is incredible, the terrace is so nice with its 180-degree sea view... A treat for epicureans. Abdel's warm welcome and discreet presence, Fatima's kindness and efficiency won us over. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts, and enjoyed many restaurants around, each better than the last. Possible activities in Essaouira include hammam, massages, beach, surfing... all very easily accessible from the riad. We stayed with the whole family for a few days in this magical place and can't wait to go back! Thanks to Sébastien, Abdel and Fatima.

Nadja and Alexander's house is an absolute dream – the photos can hardly capture how special this place really is. Rarely have we experienced such a perfectly equipped kitchen – including sharp knives. The entire house is furnished with a lot of love for detail and stylishly. There are two spacious bedrooms, each with their own comfortable bathrooms. We particularly appreciated the large dining room with long table and the pleasantly cool living room with comfortable sofas. And the beds? Just heavenly – we slept fantastically. Another highlight is the rooftop terrace with a breathtaking view of the wide sea. Overall the perfect place to unwind. A secret tip and fully recommended. Thank you, dear Nadja and dear Alexander, for your trust and for letting us be your guests.

The place is very nice and fabulously located - the beach is less than a 30-second walk away. The communication was very friendly with lots of tips for the area and we were even allowed to check in a little earlier. We will be happy to come back!

Wonderful property in a great location. The balcony was a delight getting lots of afternoon sun. Just opposite there are some great restaurants on the beach and the medina is a short taxi ride.
