Vacation rentals with a patio in Espinar

This airbnb was great and just as described. We stayed a week during New Years Eve. We felt safe and welcomed by the neighbors who even invited us to celebrate new years eve with them. The roosters are loud really early but the place is so cute and close to great beaches! It has everything you need like beach chairs , towels and umbrellas. The owners gave us spot on recommendations and were the greatest hosts. We’ll stay here again for sure.

Place is up on a ridge with beautiful wind and starry nights and nice views. No houses behind. Very central to all the beaches. Neighbours we met were fantastic as well to speak with as is Tara’s husband and son. We really enjoyed our time at Tartas and definitely recommend it. Nice little coffee area outside the apartment plus a grassy knoll outside the backyard to roam around.

Clean place and communicative host!

This place is absolutely amazing. There is no other way to describe it. We slept like babies listening to the waves crash against the rocks. The backyard area is also stunning and you can tell a lot of time and energy went into making it the perfect escape. This is one of the best homes that we ever rented in here.

Its a beautiful home. Perfect for us and our 2 younger kids. They enjoyed the swing and snacks. It was also a perfect distance from the beaches. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location! friendly neighbors, good food just down the road, the beach was beautiful and walkable, and oh, the sunsets!!!

The shack by the beach was perfect for a getaway for my husband and myself. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves every night was unbeatable. Centrally located, only about 15-20 min from Rincon where we spent most of our time surfing and on the beaches. Close to a variety of restaurants. We did not cook, but there were capabilities with the kitchen set up. The space is small and simple, perfect for a couple that plans on spending most of our time out exploring! We will be back!

Rent both the studio and apartment if if have a group of more than 5. The beaches in the area are great (Crash Boat very close by. Rompe Ola restaurant was great! They have a small downtown (plaza) and the kiosks the fabulous. Besides a problem with the water heater, everything great and very clean! The roof top was best.

I had a wonderful stay at Leo’s place! The place looks just like the pictures, very clean, modern, and super cute. It’s in the Pueblo so it’s lively, yet peaceful. The neighbors were friendly and the location is central to everything, with the beach just a short walk away! Leo was incredibly responsive and welcoming, he really made me feel at home. During the island blackout he even provided a generator to keep things running smoothly. That level of care and attentiveness really stood out. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would book again in a heartbeat!

We travel to the west side of the island every year and really enjoyed Derek and Shanna’s place this year. Conveniently located close to some of our favorite destinations. Having the beach right out your door is great for everyone and our girls really loved it (we are leaving with way too many sea shells). This time of year the water is always iffy on the island but it was pretty good this week which was nice being this close to the water. Derek and Shanna’s place was very clean and cozy and it felt like we were secluded. The view from the porch is amazing! We are looking forward to coming back! Thank you for providing a great place for our family to stay!

Hello! It was our first experience renting an Airbnb and we loved it; we were sad to leave. The owners were very friendly at all times. The property is perfect for spending a weekend or a week away from home and arriving at a spacious, comfortable, clean place with a large garden, and is located in a quiet and safe area. I recommend it 100%!

Best house ever. If you’re looking to stay in the Rincon area this house was perfect. We looked at a bunch and settled on this one and it was perfect. Quick drive into Rincon and Aguadilla, which each have super cool spots. The balcony on this house and the ocean view is unbeatable. When I come back to Puerto Rico I will stay here again. Felt so nice to be there and host was responsive and helpful. Ha a washer and dryer. 10/10

Casa Amanda was the perfect choice for my family group of 11 people and two pets during our vacation. It is a fully equipped, organized and well laid out house. The best thing about this residence is its location, as it is located just minutes from the area's beautiful beaches, pharmacies, supermarkets, gas station, an emergency center, among others. The house has a beautiful pool, hammocks and a play area where my family spends most of the time. Casa Amanda is a place full of peace and quiet. The perfect place for a safe vacation with family or friends.💯/10

Beautiful place to stay right across the street from the ocean. Quiet neighborhood and walking distance from restaurants. Perfect place if you travel with pets as the entire property is fenced in with a big yard. We can’t wait to go back!

A quiet, clean, spacious condo with a beautiful ocean view. The property is on the third floor, but not to worry if you have any accessibility issues because there are ramps and elevators. Think the most number of stairs you would need to climb are four. There is a pleasant wrap around balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for a morning or evening meal. I thought all the bedrooms were a nice size, two full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. I stayed there with my wife, son, brother, and his girlfriend and never felt crowded. The property includes access to a pool and the beach. It's just a small parking lot distance from the building to the ocean. Also of note is the property is gated, adding to the sense of peace and security. There are restaurants, street food vendors and grocery stores nearby.

Excellent spot for our family of four. We worked between surf spots snorkeling and exploring. While we did this I got surf some very cool breaks. When we packed each day full of fun we came back to a comfy, peaceful place. I was stoked to see nearly everything we needed for a beach day was there.

The stay was excellent. The place was spotless, very conveniently located near beaches and restaurants. The host was always attentive and responded very quickly. Recommended!

This little gem is exactly as described. Not fancy, but very comfy, with stars and ocean, nightjars and coqui, lovely quiet beach just steps away. We are “senior” travelers and enjoyed it! Jay was quick to answer when we had questions. It is 55 steps to get up there, but the stairwell and landings are wide, clean, and well-lit. Worth the climb! Safe gated parking accommodations. Recommend Pausa Cafe and Guayabos Sunset Restaurant.

Beautiful condo, fabulous hosts, great communications and recommendations. No question went unanswered and advice freely given. You are just steps from the beach and sitting on the patio drinking coffee and watching the waves was fabulous

Our family of 5 had a great stay, We loved the top floor patio for dinners and looking out at the ocean! Lorna was very helpful and communication was great. We would definitely come back again!

It is a beautiful apartment, helpful instructions to find the place and get in, clean and right on the beach. It met all our criteria for our visit. The sound of the Ocean and the view from the living room were awesome. Had all the amenities one would need for a short stay. Cozy little place by the Ocean for a quick getaway !
