This is a 2 bedroom house attached to existing house with 2 solid core doors separating. Has double carport. Laundry is shared with owner, has separate entrance.

This is a comfortable, homely, three bedroom house, one bathroom, fully furnished and equipped. Two Queen sized beds and two single beds. Loungeroom, Dining Room, Kitchen, Laundry, rear patio, storeroom, undercover parking. Smart TV, Wifi, and fully equipped kitchen. Patios on the front and rear of house. Reverse cycle air con in the loungeroom. There is a Chev Maple Leaf truck being restored in the shed out back – that is why we call this Chevy Cottage.

Guests love staying here because it is very pet friendly, dogs are allowed inside, the yard is secure with a lockable gate and a doggie door for your pooches comfort.

Our pet-friendly cabins allow your four-legged friend to join in the holiday fun, with pets more than welcome to stay inside the cabin. This Two Bedroom Cabin sleeps up to five people, with one queen bed, one single bed and one single bunk. There is also a small enclosed grassed area with a kennel adjoining the cabin for your pets. Please note that pets are not to be left unsupervised at any time and there are some shared areas pets aren't allowed.

Two of our favourite things are Esperance and dogs so it was important to us that our holiday accommodation fitted around this. Urchin Cottage provides guests a comfortable, spacious, fully contained beach cottage close to shops, town, walk / bike tracks and the beach, with a large outside undercover entertaining area with a safe enclosed yard ideal for accommodating small children or a dog. Dogs are welcome, but outside only unless by prior arrangement with owner. We do not accommodate cats.
