Small cottage of 30 sqm with a patio. Located in a peaceful rural environment about 8 km to town. Close to Sundbyholm with a harness racing track and marina. The beach is about two km from the house. Canoe is available to borrow. The accommodation consists of a small bedroom with a double bed of 140 cm, a sofa bed of 140 cm in the large living room where the kitchen (fully equipped) is also located. Parking for one car. Bus and bike path to town and Sundbyholm (3 km). Sheets are available to rent for SEK 75/person and stay.

The accommodation is well located close to most things. If you have children with you, there are activities to do in the area. The house is located next to Kronskogen and nature reserve. Behind the plot is an artificial grass pitch with an outdoor gym, running track and playground. Behind the playground is Parken Zoo. Tunavallen is about 300 meters away if you like to watch soccer. It's also close to the city and also to Tuna Park where there is a shopping center with restaurants, supermarkets etc.

A stone's throw away is Uvberget with an old ancient castle and a nice vantage point. There you can hop on lovely exercise trails for walking or running, the bike enthusiast has marked MTB loops here. For those who are looking for longer adventures, there is also Sörmlandsleden, which offers deep forests, open landscapes and winding coastal stretches.

A relatively new (2021), air-conditioned cabin , located only 11Km from Eskilstuna, in a peaceful wooded area, a short walk from Sundbyholm's trotting track. The cabin is 30 square meters in area, plus a loft bedroom. Large bathroom with shower and washing machine, fully equipped kitchen incl dishwasher. The living-room offers a bed-sofa, 43" HD TV with ChromeCast, Netflix, etc, a PS3, and a selection of DVD films, Internet WiFi. A large wooden deck surrounds 3 sides of the cabin.

The house is located on a dead-end street in a very quiet area with walking distance to the Parken Zoo, Tuna Park, Eskilstuna center/station, where you can easily get to Stockholm (1h) and Västerås (40min). Our home is a safe place for people from all minorities and marginalized groups. We welcome guests of all ethnicities, faiths, gender and sexual orientation.

Access to garden furniture. 7-minute walk from the station and city center. 85 km from Stockholm, where you can easily take the train in 48 minutes with Mälartåg. A place to stay suitable for overnight stays and simple cooking.

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis. Enjoy the silence and the nature. Just a 20-minute drive from idyllic Strängnäs is this gem. Surrounded by forest, fields and a rich wildlife right next to the house. Don't be surprised if you see moose, deer, cranes and many other wild animals from the veranda when you eat breakfast. Here you can also book several different activities such as game safari, clay pigeon shooting, archery and lots of garden games to do on your own.
