It is the home of artist residency, Studio Luce. Your booking supports the local library as every month we donate $500 to Majo the librarian to keep the library running and supporting education in El Paredón.

It is a beautiful villa for relaxing with lots of natural light. It is the only villa on the river bank and on the famous wall (where the name of the beach comes from). You can also get postcards of the best sunsets and do various activities such as kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and others. It is perfect for families and/or groups of up to 8 people. It is just meters from the beach in a privileged location where restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

You can rent 2 Petit Villas, and they have the option to connect internally, providing a capacity of up to 16 people.

These ocean front villas are located in the beautiful beaches of Paredon, only a few steps away from the ocean, and only 2.5 hours south of Guatemala City.
