Such a friendly host with lovely Spanish treats left for us, clean accommodation with everything needed for the stay The view is amazing and although you can hear the music till midnight the view and outdoor terrace make up for it such a great location to the beach for a swim or to restaurants and bars

Clean apartment as described and very well-equipped. We had a pleasant stay with a beautiful sea view and a cove 5 minutes' walk away with crystal clear waters in good weather.

The apartment is in a good area, very close to Ciudadela and a good base to visit the island's coves. In addition, on the floor you will find a beach umbrella, tapers, a portable fabric refrigerator, cards and many other things that you can take to the beach. We didn't get to use the pool due to lack of time, but it seemed very quiet and easily accessible.

Absolute 10/10 the place has everything you need for a few nice days. The location is very central but still far enough outside to have your peace in the evening and find enough parking spaces. From the property you can quickly walk to several beaches and it is very close to the sea. But the absolute highlight for us was the balcony overlooking the harbor. We had a very pleasant stay in this accommodation. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need and is just a five-minute walk from the seafront, close to restaurants and other amenities. We especially appreciated the soft towels, which stayed fresh and didn’t develop any unpleasant odors. The shower was spacious with good water pressure—just keep in mind that the hot water doesn’t last very long, so it’s best to plan your showers accordingly. One small suggestion to further improve comfort would be to replace the twin beds with a double bed. One of us always ended up in the gap between the two singles, but apart from this minor inconvenience, we were very happy with our choice. Sebastiana is a welcoming and attentive host, and she even left us a thoughtful welcome gift. We truly appreciated her kindness and availability. We definitely recommend her accommodation!

The place was really great – very clean and equipped with everything you need. The terrace, where you can relax wonderfully, was particularly beautiful. Check-in was super easy and the area is very quiet – perfect for switching off. You can park on the street if you have rented a car. However, be careful not to park in yellow zones, as these are prohibited. Free parking is hard to find, especially after midnight, so sometimes you have to park a little further away and walk a bit. The location is great – especially Playa del Muro can be reached quickly and is absolutely fantastic. There were four of us there and everyone was very happy with the place. Everything was really perfect – highly recommended!

Staying at Richard's in Cala Millor was wonderful! The apartment offers fantastic sea views - in summer an absolute highlight for beautiful evenings. The bathroom and bedroom were clean and offered plenty of storage space. The open living area was also more than generous. We really enjoyed our vacation in Mallorca and would go back again.

The apartment is wonderfully quiet and only a few minutes walk to the center with many restaurants, great vegetable shop, bars and a beach. On the other side you can walk directly to a beach through a grove in about 15 minutes. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The two bathrooms are pure luxury. Only one vegetable peel was missing and the wifi does not reach into the back rooms, which was not a problem for us. Since the terrace is covered, you can sit outside even in rainy weather. The neighbors on the right are very nice and communicative. Parking was also no problem and check-in and check-out super easy. We had a great time and would stay there again anytime. We had a great time there. The pool is awesome and the landlords are very friendly. We were surprised with a homemade cake. The amenities were great and everything was clean and well maintained. Thanks for the wonderful time!

The flat is centrally located in Capdepera. Through the roof terrace you have a beautiful view over the rooftops of the village, to the castle and you can even see the sea. Communication was excellent and I felt very comfortable from the beginning.

The Airbnb was amazing. Lovely location and the beach was very close. It was lovely and would recommend.

There were three of us in Cala Ratjada for four days and we were super satisfied with the apartment. The amenities and location leave nothing to be desired. Parking was also available nearby. Communication with Jan also worked very well and he was very helpful. So I can recommend the apartment to anyone.

My boys loved using the hot tub which was great for a winter visit to Port de Pollença. The outdoor space was great as I was able to cook outside while they played. It also feels very private. The interior space is very comfortable and has everything you could need for a trip as well as good quality cooking supplies. Also, a big thanks for the local beer!

Michael and Vicky communicate quickly and kindly, and make sure everything is in order upon arrival and during your stay. The apartment has a great garden with wonderful swimming pool and is well located relative to all kinds of beaches, the harbor, other villages. The apartment itself has everything you need for a pleasant stay! The only downside was that the mattress and pillows of the bed were a little too soft (but is personal) and that the ventilation in the bathroom did not work super well (remained a little damp and musty after showering). But I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

Matthias and Martin were available to us all the time. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. On-site parking was great. The kitchen was equipped as standard with spices and water. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. A third friend visited us in the meantime for a few days, and this was also no problem to clarify and organize. The pool and the outdoor facilities were awesome. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all directions on the island.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful, well laid out, good furniture and well equipped, lots of crockery and cutlery, very clean, lots of wardrobe space, fantastic for a family holiday. The huge balcony is partly shaded from the afternoon sun, so we could sit out even on the hottest days, looking down over the port area. The air conditioning is very efficient with thermostats for each room. There was a “welcome pack” of washing up supplies and wine, crisps and olives. The only things we felt were missing were very minor - there were no cushions for the outside seats and sunloungers, and it would be nice to have hand soap dispensers in the bathrooms.

The apartment was very nice and spacious with everything required for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the host was very easy. The location was perfect. We would very highly recommend this place.
